I left my MacBook charger and no one has called me on the status even after speaking to Borghas a few times the day I left it there. I would like to get my charger back.

Good location and breakfast was good. First of all, i didn’t know that i couldn’t have visitors. I knew a girl which she wanted to stay with me for couple hours, they didn’t let her go in. Vending machine wasn’t working during the night. Rooftop closing 12 am, not letting me finish the drink. Also the security there being rude.

Best breakfast bar I’ve ever had at a hotel. Efficient and helpful hotel staff. There is no gym! Even a small gym with some free weights and a yoga mat would be appreciated. Also the AC was a little bit weak and they only provided a comforter - no top sheet. I had to take the comforter out of the top sheet to sleep comfortably.

Location was good at a walking distance from L4 metro. The room was tidy and clean, view was really nice from the 14th floor. They offer a free locker luggage storage service that proves really handy when you leave later in the day.

The rooftop terrace and pool were great! The breakfast selection was fantastic and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was okay, it's a bit too far from the center or other touristy places but if you are okay with walking a lot (or using transportation to get to places) you'll be fine. The room was clean had everything you need. The breakfast options were great, they had something for every preference. The staff was nice and they have a lugagge storage room under key and personal code which I think adds great value if you need to leave your luggage after check out. My room at the first floor got a lot of noise from the street at late hours of the nights. The AC temperature is set too high so the room felt very hot all the time.
