I found the location excellent ... close to most attractions and the beach!

The location is perfect. Next to the nice walking street and only 10 minutes of a relaxed walk to the beautiful beach. And the order for the value is okish. Instead of one big bed they slapped two small beds together. It was less then comfortable to say the least. The breakfast was same price but way lower quality than a neighboring hotel.

no like I booked the hotel when I saw it was 200 CAD, however you charged me 200 euros after one month.
-
The bathroom was very small, the beds were not very comfortable, the rooms looked old and the air conditioner in our room broke, so it was really hot and thankfully they changed our room but the other one had a bad smell
-
Location is good Conditioner doesn’t work properly.

Some of the staff seem like they don't really want to help or want to do service, I didn't really mean like I want the best service but somehow it's just we seem to be a problem for them

I'm a smoker. There was no place where you could sit down and drink coffee and smoke a cigar, you had to do it in front of the hotel on the street.

The location was good for people interested in going to the beach. It was also just one block away from restaurants and grocery stores. It was close to the train and bus stops that went to other parts of town. The rooms were clean and large and the beds were comfortable. The staff could have been more helpful. They did help us switch rooms when we had internet issues in our first room but the internet was not much better in the next room. The window was broken and would not close. It was not a problem because the weather was fine while we were there but that was surely something they should have noticed and fixed before giving out a room.

It's close to the beach like 10 mins walk. And to many touristic restaurents (bad food but nice vibes) The hotel is over expensive for what it is. I mean 250 euros per night for a 1 star hotel is crazy. We were given a room for special needs people. The bathroom was very awkward to use.

Clean and quiet neighborhood Air conditioning is not that cold, the room that they assigned us has a clogged sink. But they assigned us to a different room. Overall it is good

We liked the room, bathroom, and view overall, and the location was convenient for our stay. One major downside was that the WiFi was very poor, and the room remained quite warm even after we asked staff on two separate days to address it, with only limited cooling from the air conditioning. The toilet was not properly clean on arrival. We also requested fresh bed sheets due to a stain, but they were not replaced.

The property is very well-located near east of the city center. For people who want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the touristic center, I highly recommend. At the end of the block, Rambla de Poble-Nou is great for finding everything you need: supermarket, cafes, restaurants, nail shops, etc. Walking inland, you have access to the mall, walking south you have the beach. The room was a bit smaller than expected, but it still provided all the comfort we would expect from a typical well-run hotel.

The location, room, and staff were great. There was no where on the property to do laundry and the AC never cooled down the room enough.

It was very clean and the staff was nice. I loved everything, but location, it’s far away from the city center (we knew that prior to booking.
