The location is great, breakfast very tasty and bed very comfortable. The lighting in the room could be better.

Location was fine, although heavy construction outside. Metro was conveniently located next to the hotel. Was a bit of a trek walking to the center. Pool was lovely and we made use of it everyday. Staff was very good The AC wasn’t working properly and we had to ask for a fan on the 2nd day. Heat was unbearable in the room at times. Lack of a view from rooms and the construction outside was very loud.

Really nice rooms, location is perfect. Staff is nice. No need to bring soap or shampoo, really good smelling what they provide. Breakfast is expensive and the pool is small. Bathroom is a bit open.

The staff was the only good thing about my stay I had to change rooms on the daily. The worst thing was to smell. I didn’t notice out first because of all the perfume in the room, but there was a very moist and moldy smell that made it unbearable to brief during the night. I also couldn’t open the windows because it was it was loud outside because of a construction side right in front of the hotel and because of the heat. I change rooms but then had brown weird stuff coming out of the sink then on my first day I changed rooms again and had to fight with the Oli smell in a separate room. I barely slept, and this four star experience was more like a rundown host experience the only good thing about it truly was to solve to try to do the best but the facilities are an outrage. On top of all of this a lot of the furniture is old and dirty. I was in touch with the hotel and booking, but nothing could be done in terms of a refund which again is unbelievable considering the price I paid for this terrible experience.

The location of the place is good, the beds are comfortable. The arrival was late, midnight, after checking in and arriving at the room, an hour later, water started dripping heavily from the ceiling vent (air conditioner) in the bathroom onto the floor and the sink. We received a pile of towels and a bucket from the check-in desk. That's how the first night went. The problem was fixed the next day, but all the towels were collected and there was nothing to wipe ourselves with after the shower until the cleaner brought them later. The staff apologized, but the inconvenience experienced during the holiday really didn't lift our spirits. And they didn't offer any compensation. The breakfast definitely doesn't match the price, the food is the same, and the selection is small for such a price. Personally, we won't return to this hotel. Also, there is currently street repair work underway right under the hotel windows, so if you get a room facing the street, there will be noise.
