We stayed for 3 nights the room was nice, the area is very good you have a lot of coffee shops and bars all around the mall is across the street, the metro line is 2-3min walk from the hotel There were construction going on the street infront of the hotel

We were there for two nights. The room was very nice and comfortable. I would say that it was very functional rather than palatial. But the bed was comfortable and there was enough space for two people. The staff and management were very helpful in responding to a couple of requests we had,. Thank you for that. I had checked if there was a kettle in the room and knew that this was not usually provided. However, a response by the hotel from a previous comment said that complimentary tea and coffee was provided on the ground floor. But when we enquired this was not the case. The manager we spoke to said this had never been provided. So, to be clear, there is no kettle normally provided in the room and no complimentary tea or coffee provided. That said, the manager did provide us with a kettle and cups on request for which we were very grateful

Good location, that's the only good thing about this hotel. During our stay, we experienced serious issues with how the hotel handled noise complaints and how we, as guests, were treated. On multiple occasions, hotel staff accused us of causing excessive noise. In fact, the noise was coming from another room, not from us. The local police were called twice in relation to these complaints. On each occasion, the police confirmed that there were no problems with our behaviour and did not issue any fine or take any action against us. Despite this, the staff remained rude and treated us as if we were at fault. Following this, the hotel manager asked us to leave the hotel, stating that they would issue us a refund for the unused part of our stay. We agreed to this solution based on the clear promise of a refund. However: • We had to get Booking.com involved to get a refund • We have not received any invoice for the stay, despite leaving the property as requested. • Our attempts to resolve this directly with the hotel have not resulted in payment or proper documentation. We made this booking in good faith through Booking.com and expect that properties listed on your platform treat guests fairly and honour clear refund commitments. Being asked to leave, despite the police confirming we had done nothing wrong.

Staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel was clean and the location is quite good. Breakfast was below average, the beds were on wheels and moving when you tried to turn around in the bed. Moreover, the walls felt like being made from paper, you really could hear the conversations from the rooms around or above you, like those people were in the same room.

Location Overpriced for the day

We had wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation.

Great location, a spacious and clean room, and excellent value for money during our stay. We also appreciated the large and convenient parking area. The staff seemed quite busy or tired, which made the service feel less welcoming than expected. We also had an issue with the parking access cards, which did not work properly. It took some time to resolve before it was confirmed that the cards were indeed faulty. Another downside was the construction work directly outside our window. Roadworks started at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, making it difficult to sleep. It would have been helpful if we had been informed about the construction at check-in and offered a room on the opposite side of the building, even at an additional cost. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, but a few improvements in communication and guest service would make the experience even better.

Location was nice for business trip. Stuff was nice, and room was good. I was lucky to have quiet room as some rooms facing the street must have been extremely loud due to construction outside. Breakfast was ok, not great. During the day it was extremely loud due to work (construction) outside. But I was lucky and got quite room.
