- SiSi restaurant on the roof has an amazing view. The prices were not cheap, but also fair and the quality of everything was something else. - Room had plenty of natural light as well as the artificial light sources. The bed and pillows were really comfy. I was also very happy with having nice body lotion and hair conditioner in the room. - Parking is nice and spacious, 24 eur/day is kind of pricey, but it was worth the convenience. - Location isn't central, but very close to tram and metro, so moving around the city wasn't a problem at all. - 3rd floor pool has a bar, but very often during open hours I couldn't see anyone there. And when I did, most snacks positions were not available and one time I was overcharged compared to prices stated on the menu.

The hotel has the most comfortable beds and pillows – it felt like sleeping on the cloud. The location is quite good – it's near tram, metro and bus stations, so there is no problem getting around the city. The hotel itself is modern, vibrant, has tiny funky details that make you smile. Also very clean. We got a free upgrade to a Deluxe Double room, so it was very nice – we could see Sagrada Familia from our window. There are many grocery stores, restaurants bakeries around. The rooftop pool is small, but nice – the lounge has great views. They have a lot of hidden costs. For example, they state that if you come early and they have your room ready, they just let you in. It's true – but only if you pay additional 50 euros, which they obviously tell you only when you come to the hotel. They also charge you 50 euros deposit for any "damage" (as if hotel wasn't expensive enough). We left the hotel on saturday night and still haven't got the deposit back, by the way, although we didn't do any damage or take anything from the minibar. They have this ridiculous mandatory self check-in system. You can do it on your phone or the computer next to the reception. However, the receptionist has to help you with that. So instead of 5 minutes of receptionist's work, you spend around 20–25 minutes checking-in. I would understood if this was ant option, but making it mandatory makes check-in procedure unpleasant, especially if you come to the hotel tired and just want the receptionist to do their job. The staff is just OK – the guy that welcomed us seemed a little full of himself, other receptionists were way more pleasant. However, they don't try too hard to impress you with the customer service. The breakfast in the hotel is ridiculously expensive – 21 euros for one person. You can have a delicious breakfast at any bakery around the block for two days for two people for this price.

I would’ve liked the room to have been cleaned more often.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful and the facilities were top notch! The food was delicious, the room was comfy and it was really easy to get to the city using the nearby metro! 100% recommend? There's nothing we didn't like. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The stay, the food, the people, the hotel.

The front desk staff especially Mickey & Berta were top tier. Mickey resolved issues that could have turned bad quick but he remained calm, collected and funny! Made everything right for my daughter and I. Berta helped me find a company to ship my luggage to my home ahead of me and I am so grateful for it. Without her help I'm not sure what I would have done. In short I would stay here again and highly recommend you stay here. It's located in the middle of a neighborhood which made it a very special hotel with comfy beds! The restaurant staff at SiSi rooftop bar were downright horrible but the food was delicious.

We stayed for worcation, so we booked mostly because of the co-working space and meeting rooms available - which turned out as an excellent choice! Worthwhile to mention in this regards: strong WiFi, especially with the separate work WiFi that one can request the password for. there were constructions going on in the pool area, but didn't matter too much since the temperatures were still too cold anyways during our stay. We couln't figure out how to adjust the climate control in our room appropriately, wouldn't coll down no matter what we tried.

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for getting around the city. It’s close to both tram and metro stops, which makes it easy to reach the city center and main attractions. The property itself is very beautiful and well-maintained, and my room was clean and ready upon arrival. I would also like to highlight the great service during check-in: Christian was very helpful and took the time to clearly explain how to get to various attractions, which I really appreciated. Another highlight was the SiSi rooftop, which is absolutely beautiful, with a great atmosphere and very good food. There were a few aspects that could be improved. On the second day, my room was not cleaned, and on the third day I had to call reception to ask about it. The staff handled the situation professionally, offering an explanation and a compensation for the missed service, which I appreciated. However, I also noticed that when I tried calling reception from my room, no one ever answered. I’m not sure if this was due to understaffing, but it was inconvenient—although, to be fair, whenever I went down in person, the staff were always kind and helpful.
