Location and beautiful hotel LOVED the property, did not like how the male staff was not accommodating

Everything perfect

25th floor exclusive lounge, incredibly efficient and friendly concierge service, location very convenient, great views. Kettle and towel heating rack did not work - but it was replaced almost immediately by the very efficient staff. No desk - just a divan to sit on and a low table. Very difficult to work from. Room flooring felt a little industrial - almost rubbery.

Our room had an excellent view of the ocean. It was so nice to watch the sunrise each morning! There could have been more carb free options at The Level.

The breakfast is good. Staff isn’t organized. Friends left things for me in the front desk and they couldn’t find it. The hotel misses some maintenance. The “Level” experience is not great, room is smaller than the “normal”, SPA access is only 30 min and the jacuzzi wasn’t warm enough. Location is also not the greatest. End to end it’s probably just another average business hotel. If you are traveling for holidays there are tons of better options in Barcelona.

Everything customer service second to none

Breakfast The pool was closed, the reception staff is the less friendly I've ever met, fake smiles and useless all the time. When I arrived they offered the same room for 200 Euros more than booking.com price. So I made the reservation via booking and they told me I needed to wait 30 min for it to be in their system. Then they gave me the key of a room that was OCCUPIED. Nobody was helping with luggages. On the day of departure wifi and air conditionin were not working in the whole hotel for more than one hour (and there is no room where you can open windows, which makes it just suffocating). Really not worth the price.

Great hotel, we were offered to upgrade room for bigger, and this was great advise!! Absolutely loved how helpful was staff and how they were able to support in any query. Will come back there for sure!!! I phoned hotel before arriving (few days earlier) and was told the pool is operational, but that was not the case, so I was not appreciative of this at all.

Like - Rooms were good and early check in was given. Dislike - SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY . 1/10 Very poor. We were on our holiday and I unfortunately I got unwell and had asked the room service to send some salt to gargle. I got a reply saying 6 euros would be charged to deliver to the room, SERIOUSLY!! 6 euros for salt?! I had to go to the restaurant personally to get it myself. Is that a service and hospitality can anyone expect from a 5 star hotel for small small things, REALLY DISAPPOINTED.

Outside it looks impressive + cool rooftop They have besides renovated rooms as well super old rooms with furnitures with a lot of scratches - like in a youth hostel. They still sell this rooms to their guest for over 200 euros per night. The rooms feel a bit claustrophobic because you can’t open any windows at all. Its like living in an aquarium.
