Great location, friendly staff There was hair in the bathroom.

Location The price to expense .

Staff was great. U liked that they watched my bags and let me shower for no extra fee after I checked out and went out for 4 hours. Plus, the attendant was patient with my changing of plans. The room had garbage behind the desk. Bathroom was awful. Had to remove pants shorts and underwear to take a shit!!!! Shower flooded the floor. Rinse cup was filthy. I thought I booked a room with a city view but was a view of the toilet pipes. AC was a piece of shit! Took me 30 min to turn it off cuz it felt like a meat locker. Crap ventilation cuz the toilet pipe smell after a hot day was unbearable. The location was not Spanish but Arab. A hooker grabbed my balls when u didn’t want anything to do with her. Major construction on the Rambla and the square was a huge turn off.

location is excellent, staff is very friendly The hotel room was so small that as soon as you entered, you practically had to lie down. The window faced the bathroom windows of other rooms, and everything could be heard. If someone in the hotel used the toilet or took a shower, all the noise was audible. The bed linens were clean, but the bathroom was not clean. I don't recommend to take breakfast.

Central location, close to Metro lines. Lots of restaurants nearby. Balcony view was nice as well. Walls are a bit thin and the toilet paper holder was far from the toilet.

Good location - close to a subway station, restaurants, and some tourist attractions. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available at the reception. The room is cleaned. Probably the loudest hotel I've stayed in my life. Soundproofing didn't exist. I heard clearly all the neighbors talking and taking showers every morning and night.

The room was small and dark, It was a back room and the bed was not very comfortable.
-
Noisy inside unfortunately , we hear all from other rooms , from corridor like it’s inside our room , woke up early because of noise , not for light sleepers for sure

Location was very good I like it, easy to access principal avs stores places to go restaurants. Would say, need care of what that means costumer service, sometimes front desk people were rude or maybe is the way they are? I m not sure, but feels like they were giving me a”favor” to help or answer some question. Justt saying

My stay at this hotel in Barcelona was very pleasant. The location is excellent — just a short walk from La Rambla and close to many restaurants, shops, and public transport options. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It offered everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable visit to the city. I left with a great impression and would consider staying here again.

The location is really nearby everything. 10 minutes walking from the EuroBuss running every 10 or 20 minutes to the airport. The personal at the reception were welcoming and useful. We arrived in the morning and could leave the luggage already at the reception till the room was available. The phonic isolation is quite poor and we could hear (very disturbing) the flush of the toilet and the water taking from the tab. Is happen with the neighbors who cam back at 03:00 AM and we had to wake up at 06:00 to take the bus... There was a window, but no view other that the wall from the other room at about 2 meters away.

It was close to La Rambla It wasn’t handicapped accessible. My husband has mobility issues

The hotel is centrally located and the staff is friendly. It looks like there is no sound insulation between the rooms so when someone takes a shower in their room it sounds like they are in your shower! The room I was given had a window overlooking the back side of the surrounding buildings with barely any light coming in. In combination with the choice of the dark colours for the walls and the size of the room, it feels rather claustrophobic to stay in. But luckily I had a very short stay and was there only for sleep so I was not bothered too much from all of this. The breakfast is served at a coffee-bakery shop next door but it is really limited (one glass of orange juice, a cup of coffee of own selection, and a small sandwich).

They didn't change our towels and I was disappointed not cleaning our table .

Good Location but that's it!! Walls are paper thin. You hear everything that is said from any room next to you and above and below you. Terrible. Could NOT shut off air conditioner. Room stayed about 60 degrees. Very small room. Very old place. Price ridiculously high for what you get. I was shocked that this hotel was even listed on Booking.com. I can't trust Booking.com anymore.....
