Superb

Close to the city

The staff is very polite. Nice people. This is a room for 12 people, only with partitions, little space, and very noisy.

Central. Staff were nice

Localiization was really good, 20mins walk to the beach, less than 10mins to the bus station, restaurants within walking distance. The mattress was too tough for me.

Very good

Clean Space for bedroom, not really for family with small kids

Localização boa, com pontos de ônibus em frente, fácil acesso, staff muito bom. Cortinas nas camas. Apertado, não é um quarto só, são vários um do lado do outro sem muita separação.

The only good thing about the property is that it’s location is alright, it’s tight beside the ciudadela park, and the arc de triomphe metro station. It’s such a bad value for the price that we paid. This is the most expensive hotel that we’ve paid for. And yet the worst. The rooms are like storage rooms, with bare minimum spaces. It advertised as having AC, but in reality there’s only a very weak central AC that you can barely even feel and can’t control individually like the normal AC. It’s so warm in the rooms.

It was clean, it seemed secure. The open ceiling situation was odd and made me slightly concerned about safety. It wasn’t clear what to do for breakfast. The room said one bunk bed and one double bed but it was actually one bunk bed that had a double at the bottom.

Absolutely unprofessional and irresponsible staff wouldn't recommend to anyone

Just the Location ! The rooms are not actually separate. They are essentially three four-bed sleeping areas within one large hall, so in reality you're sharing the space with 11 other people. Unfortunately, we found a winged cockroach in the hotel, which was a very disappointing way to start our stay. The luggage storage was basically a tiny compartment underneath the beds. Every time we needed something from our suitcase, we had to kneel on the floor to get it out. There was nowhere to hang clothes or towels, and not even a simple stool or small bench to put your belongings on. The bathrooms and showers had no proper doors, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Even the sliding partition that merely separated the bathroom from the room had no lock. What left the worst impression, however, was the rude and disrespectful attitude of the staff. Even when guests were clearly upset or dissatisfied, they showed no empathy or understanding. It really left us with a very negative memory of our stay—so much so that we dreaded going back to the hostel every night.
