The noise

It was very noisy location.

Great location, fair price, clean rooms, helpful staff and an overall comfortable stay. Put a shower matt in the bathrooms to prevent the floors from getting as dirty :)

Very friendly and polite staff. The self check-in and key collection system was quick and modern, which made everything very convenient. Great value for money. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Bathrooms were not always clean(toilets needed to be cleaned more often and shower not draining properly).

Just the location The air conditioning is low and has time limit from 6 pm to 10 am only and you could not feel the cold The shower room has very small space hard to move around Noisy No elevator so difficult when you have big luggages

The stuff are friendly all of them, thanks also to marta , Hostel is clean, most positive thing is location near to everything Honestly with that price all good, would be pregerable if a bit lower in price

The only time I meet anyone working there he was great. Wish he was there when I had an issue. Mold on the mattress and bent mattress frame. Management saying I needed to let them know but anyone changing sheets would know. They flipped the mattress because of the stain so they knew.

I could hear absolutely everything from the corridors. anyone walking by, the snores from the next room, etc. I know this was a hostel like experience but I had a single room, I was expecting a bit of more quietness and I got the hostel sharing room experience anyway, so I did not like that. not an issue with the place itself, it was not up to my expectation.

Sign in was super easy, staff get an 11/10. Walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbors, but everything quieted down when it was quiet hours so it worked fine.

There is no breakfast included and there is no kitchen Need an improvement

There were problems with hot water (we had a private bathroom), the only window was opened in an interiour courtyard (kind of) and it always smelled bad, there was no way to have fresh air in the room, it was always smoke, or bad odors from the bathrooms. There is absolutely no storage for anything (clothes, bathroom items or anything else)

We stayed in a private room at this hostel. It was perfectly sufficient for two people. One of the highlights for us was the security. We initially had some concerns, but it turned out to be very good. There were cameras at the entrance, and we also appreciated having a camera near our room, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. There is just one small point we would like to mention. There were only three hangers available for clothes, and the hanging space itself was quite limited. It’s a minor detail, but something that could easily be improved. We hope this can be considered for future guests.

The neighbourhood was excellents, near the metro, Placa Catalunya, good food around. The pressure in the 1st floor showerr could’ve been better.
