Tbh the stuff in the morning shift were great but the night shift not very friendly because i asked for blankets and they told me it’s not possible to get blankets at night so just go to the room and turn the ac off… There was a guy on the front desk maybe indian or pakistani, his communication skill are very low and he gets mad quickly that’s not very professional. If i own a hotel i would never have such an employee, with my all respect to the other employees there were nice.

Room was nice, good space, near to bus stops. Breakfast was good. Quite a lot of noise late at night, people playing music late in the lobby.

Location was good except that the hotel is a bit far from the bus stop coming from barcelona. If you are taking a bus and have heavy luggages then u r n for heavy ride The hotel rooms have good AC. But when you come out of your room the hotel inside is hot. The hotel needs a fan in the toilet.

It was clean and quiet. The rooms were good size. The location isn’t great. There is nothing around it. Public transit is many blocks away.

The staff were helpful and arranged for a packed breakfast for us as we were checking out early. The beds were comfortable. There was no kettle for making tea in the room which was a big let down. There was a bit of mould in our bathroom. The lobby looked a bit sparse as if still undone

Soba je bila čista i prostrana. Doručak odličan. Prozor u sobi nije mogao ni da se otvori ni zatvori. Malo je udaljen od atrakcija.

The room was just okay, and it was clean The phone didn’t work, the safe was closed, we reported this problem to the staff but she didn’t get back to us until after I told them we will not need the service anymore because we can’t wait more time, she said “oh I thought it was (another room number) sorry” ! We had a security problem with a person knocking the door and trying to get in into the room in the middle of the night around 12:30 almost 1 am, we went to report this to reception, and the respond from them was trying to change us from room in that moment, they offered to checked the cameras but we didn’t feel safe after that! So many things happened in just a stay of 1 night, but with me was a terrible experience in just less than 24 hours!
