We were only passing through for one night prior to going on our cruise so it did the job very well The breakfast was pretty poor, chewy bacon . Didn’t like the look of the scrambled egg so didn’t try it . Had some cereal and coffee , orange juice was watered down and pretty tasteless ..not worth the 12 euros .

I like the fact that the room was clean with fresh Linen. It was also great to be lent an adapter to use to accommodate the charging of my cellphone etc as well as allowing me to store my medication in the refrigerator since I did not have one in my room. I did not like the fact that I waited for hours even after I requested to pay for late check in and was told to wait. However, I was able to witness other travelers arrive hours after me and were immediately checked in. When I asked how that was possible, the only explanation given was that I would have to wait since I was already registered. That explanation was not good enough, especially when I witnessed the arrival of the other guests who were also on the same cruise with my party. We need to remember that all guests are paying customers and should be treated accordingly.

I liked its outlook and behaviour of receptionists. I didn’t like the aspirator of the toilet in the room number 104.

We had a great stay. Their cleaning was very good. The ac worked very well. It was very nice. We stayed here and we give them 10 out of 10.

Functional, clean. Staff member at check in extremely unhelpful. Ignored a queue of guests waiting to check in because he was doing something in the kitchen. Needs more staff at reception in the evening.
