The place is nice, the hotel is clean, close to the train station and bus..

Nice room,design was pleasant Check in system awful,very disorganised.We queued for 45 min to check in ,only to be told that neither of the 3 rooms we had booked was ready-this was at 4:00 p.m. There was water coming down from the ceiling in reception area so we asked if it was smth to do with that,the answer was ‘No,that has been sorted’. No apologies,just been told that the check in starts at 3:00,so I’m not sure what they meant by that.

Cleanness, good breakfasts, kind staff and the swimming pool We stayed there for 2 days and the swimming pool was closed the first day and we didn’t aware, it would be better if they compensate this for us with something else at least .

There was water leaking from 2nd floor . Everyone waited outside till mindnight . Tried contacted email Alexandre Hotel . And still not received any reply from them . Not even say sorry for us . Horrible . Never seen before

All staff were polite to us. Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean and lovely. Overall everyone made us feel welcome. Thank you all for your hospitality. I would recommend family and friends to stay at Alexander fira cogress when visiting Barcelona Spain.

- High-quality, soundproof room with large windows, silent air conditioning, and a massive, comfortable bed. - ​Well-equipped with a mini-fridge, desk, wardrobe, plenty of lighting, and generous supplies of towels and toiletries. - ​Large shower with double sinks and precise water temperature regulation. - ​Helpful daytime reception staff who merged two consecutive bookings so I could remain in the executive room without checking in twice. - ​Located close to a metro station, making it ideal for business trips or transit to the airport. - ​Open-plan bathroom layout with no door or partition separating the shower and sinks from the bedroom area. - ​Rude night reception staff who just shrugged their shoulders when I asked for water. - ​No drinking water accessible overnight, as the hotel facilities were closed and the dispensers were out of order. - ​Situated in a business district roughly 30 to 40 minutes away from the city centre, making it feel somewhat pricey for general sightseeing.

Initial impressions was good but separating during room allocation was not what I hoped for, we booked as family and separating us to two different buildings was not what I booked for. Leaked water in most of the floors flooding lifts and reception area keeping occupants out of the building and their rooms for over 5 hours up to around 11:30pm, and lifts not working after the incident and climbing steps to 7th floor was a nightmare.
