It is in an excellent location for sightseeing and getting to the festival. The metro is a block away and it was close to a night bus stop. The beach is a 20 minute easy walk. Tons of eating options since it's in the Gothic quarter and next to the Born district.

Great location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. Very comfortable beds, nice amenities. Check in can get a little convoluted in the small lobby.

It gets very noisy at night. You can hear streets' noises until 3 am which disrupt your sleep

We were pleasantly surprised at the hotel. Nice bathroom with good water pressure. The history behind the hotel and the glass walkways were amazing…seeing the actual ruins below the hotel. The breakfast was also very nice. It was all very nice

It actually was better than I expected. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and clean with a huge beds. Location is awesome. The work on the street right in front of the hotel was making it hard for transportation but it's temporary issue and the hotel has nothing to do with that.

The location was excellent—very convenient for exploring the city’s main attractions while still feeling comfortable and welcoming. The staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful with any questions or requests. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after long sightseeing days. One of the highlights for me was how beautifully the Roman ruins were preserved and displayed within the property. It added such a unique historical character to the hotel and made the experience feel even more special. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona for both comfort and convenience.

Extremely nice and high value breakfast in very interesting setup with archeological remains integrated in the restaurant food. Excellent touristic location. Very good and engaged reception. Superb bellman! slow lift in the old part of the building.... nothing serious

Perfect location and less noise than other areas. Limited noises during the night. Front desk staff are rock stars! Strong like bull too? Couldn't stay longer.
