Location, breakfast

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location and was very clean. The air conditioning did not work well. We were hot while in our room.

No coffee or tea provided.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was good, good variety of food and drinks. My room was very small and did not have any view at all. I was traveling solo so it worked OK, but could not have comfortably had two people.

The hotel was modern and clean, the staff helpful and efficient. The breakfast had great variety and quality. The shower was very nice. The location was very convenient, just 5' from Plaza Catalunya. The room was quite small, which made it difficult to move around. Also, it was a "blind" room, with a window looking into an internal patio with no natural light. As a result natural ventilation and lighting was not possible. I believe that for the price of the room, the value was not that high.

Location Room had about a foot and a half of each side of the bed, and the shower had an awful smell to it, that spread through the entire room.

Hotel je na dobroj poziciji, sobe su velike i prostrane, osoblje je ljubazno i svaki dan cistacice promjene i stave nove rucnike.

The fact that we had to move sideways in order to walk from one point to another in the bedroom due to the lack of space is definitely something we’ll keep in mind when booking again.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was not included in the price, but was available for purchase. It was excellent, with a great variety of breakfast foods and drinks. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great because it was very close to the main shopping area and public transportation. The elevator closed on my arm and caused me a lot of pain. That definitely needs to be fixed!

Room is small. Hallway noise and slamming doors in the next room late at night and at 6am. Sound is not filtered which makes sleeping not comfortable.

Shower was way too hot, all of us had problems adjusting it to a comfortable temperature.

Cleanliness was below expectations, with quite a bit of dust coming from the sheets, and even the daily cleaning was not done properly, although the trash was taken out every day. The shower was difficult to adjust, with water temperature constantly shifting between too cold and too hot, and the pressure was rather weak. The space might be a bit limited for a family of four - two adults and two children. The “double bed” was actuality single beds pushed together, which moved around a lot since they were on wheels. Overall, for the four nights we stayed, the only real advantages were the central location—close to Plaça de Catalunya, La Rambla, the metro, and public transport—as well as the breakfast, which was reasonably priced and offered a good variety.

The room was a little bit too small.
