Everything was great location was great

1) A room without windows lacks natural light and fresh air; 2) an uncleaned closet with a lizard inside

Location it’s a little rundown/dated and not a sparkling a new as the photos

Clean hotel in the Gothic Quarter. Very easy location for walking, shopping, etc. The rooms were nice with a large bathroom and double sinks. Attached patio was larger than expected. The bed was super comfy. The rooftop pool is more of a wading pool for cooling off. It's very shallow but was quite welcoming during our sweltering stay in Barcelona. There's about 12 lounge chairs up there with a cool view of the city. The breakfast included with the room was superb. It had so many options to choose from, in addition to buffet style selections. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Alex at the front desk was great! The hotel was clean throughout, I'd stay again. We had a great stay, no dislikes.

Breakfast was exceptional. The rooms were clean but need updating. Front Desk staff were helpful. The pool and the picture you advertise are terrible misleading. It is tiny and it was terribly disappointing.We booked this hotel because of the advertised roof top pool.We could not even get close to it as the 9 chairs you had up there were always occupied ins the afternoon. The pool was so small that there would've been no space beyond 8 adults.

The front of house staff were incredibly helpful . Great room size and design The pool was very small .

We loved our stay at H10 Cubik 4* Sup! Our room was beautiful and spacious. The hotel was close to important spots in Barcelona. I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and the location couldn’t have been more perfect - everything we needed was within walking distance. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. There were all the necessary toiletries, an iron, and a hairdryer in the room. Our favorite part was the rooftop - the view was absolutely incredible, especially at sunset. Highly recommend

Great location, rooms were spotless. Loved the amenities in the room. So much to do within walking distance. Staff were professional. Air con was amazing! If you arrive early on a flight or cruise be mindful that check in is from 3pm. We were able to drop off our luggage but there was not much leniency over the time we were able to check in so we were absolutely exhausted on that day. With that said this is standard across hotels and I would imagine that this does depend on availability.

The restaurant was very good. When we didn’t order housekeeping they called up and brought us extra towels and water bottles. When checking in after traveling for several weeks in EU our room wasn’t ready which was fine we were early. But when it came time to check in they tried to give us a better room for a price increase. I have never had this happen in all my travels. Not when they were the ones offering it. We declined. Then they put us in a room which they said was a better room then the one we booked. I find that hard to believe because it was nice but basic. Also the pillows were so hard. It was only for 2 nights and the room was good. Staff the next day were very friendly.

Was stuck in the elevator for two and a half hours no accommodation by the hotel didn't even have water for us when we got out it was very hot in the hotel just a terrible experience I checked out the next day
