The mattress was comfortable. The breakfast was acceptable. The Hotel was very dirty the carpet in our room was so dirty we did take off our socks. The pictures online did not match the Hotel. The staff was very rude and took no accountability for the condition of the Hotel. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Staff was helpful Built in 1896 and it showed Hallway/carpet smelled; beds extremely uncomfortable and rooms very small. Seriously needs a makeover

Staff was very helpful , friendly and welcoming. Location was terrific, close to ports and shopping Buffet and patio was nice touch Price - based on how small the room size is. My stateroom on the cruise ship is also twice as spacious. Room size, I have never had, seen or stayed in a hotel room anywhere this small!

Everyone was very friendly… breakfast was great, but the 24/7 snacks, water, and frozen yogurt were wonderful to come back to after a long, hot day wondering around Barcelona. The room was very comfortable. The location is honestly perfect… the airport bus and hop on city tour bus are within a 5 min walk and this area was my favorite to walk around in. There is currently construction on the street. There wasn’t any noise or anything though.

Location The exorbitant price and is a very tired hotel. Not worth the $365 that we paid! Staff would not give us an early check in even the rooms were ready.

Room smelled very bad even right after cleaning and didn't realize third person would be on a little cot.

Central location. Very friendly & helpful reception staff . Breakfast & buffet tasty and appreciated. Room was clean and comfortable. Entrance to hotel was dirty with dim lighting.

The hotel was nowhere near our expectations based off the photos provided of the hotel,there was an awful smell in the hotel,and the receptionist was overly rude and dismissive.
