The room was cleaned well, although did not change the tissue box when it was finished for 2 days. Overall was a good stay, the toilet for the guests once checked out from the hospital was downstairs at the basement, a bit isolating.

Very clean. Very comfy beds. Kind staff. Excellent breakfast. Walls a bit thin. But the air conditioner helped drown out some sounds.

The location is definitely a huge plus, very close to both bus and metro stations, a supermarket right at the end of the steeet and many bakeries and restaurants nearby. Staff is very friendly, helpful and speak good English. The room is quite spacious and comfortable, filled with everything you might need during your stay. The only issue I had with the overall stay was the constant bad smell coming from the bathroom. And perhaps the bathroom door not having a lock.

Easy access via cab for pre cruise night. Comfortable stay. Not much nearby for walking easily. 20 minute walk to restaurants up and down hills.

Staff were really friendly and helpful out of all the places we stayed in Spain. They also had a water dispenser at the lobby which was really helpful for non-locals like us.

Space of rooms were surprisingly larger than most you’d find in Barcelona. We were fortunate to book the room with a sizeable terrace. Not much save for the limited facilities (eg., no gym and their food outlet was closed past breakfast)
