The breakfast wasn't exceptional as other guests mentioned, but it was decent. Only problem was with the soya milk, which was bad every morning.

Friendly staff (called us a few minutes after we got to our room to make sure it was satisfactory), beautiful room, exceptional breakfast, lovely view, lots of space, just an amazing place to stay. N/A

Our room on the top floor had a nice balcony. It was very quiet with windows to an interior courtyard. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom and shower excellent. We were very grateful for a well-functioning and still silent air conditioning, since outside temperatures were in the high eighties (F).

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. It’s in the best part of town and the hotel staff are amazingly helpful and kind. We are on the 4th country of a longer Europe trip and we needed some R&R and this is the most comfortable room we’ve stayed in so far. Would recommend!! Nothing!

Loved everything about this hotel. We stayed 3 nights at the end of May. The location could not be better. The updated rooms were comfortable with spacious bathrooms. The air-conditioning was so welcome during the late May heatwave. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with delicious hot and cold items. The staff were beyond helpful. A very special thanks to Juan Jose who walked well over a couple of blocks to hail us a taxi to the train station (on a very busy Sunday)...I cannot thank you enough Juan Jose!!! Will definitely book a longer stay next time. Nothing, Rien, Nada!

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast was excellent, couldn't ask for better! Also appreciated that check out was at noon and they let us store our bags that afternoon in a secure room even after we checked out. The location is fantastic too - right next to the Metro and in the heart of the Gothic quarter.

The property was very clean and the staff were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. The front desk staff were exceptional. Nothing. I would absolutely stay there again. The location was very convenient and the amenities made it a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent location on the Gothic Quarter, half a block away from the metro. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. My view was to an inner courtyard, which meant it was very quiet. It was an excellent base to explore Barcelona on foot.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Close to the metro, buses. Restaurants on the doorstep alongside lots of attractions that were walkable. The room was on the second floor and the streets outside were noisy throughout the night and again in the early morning hours with people just going about their daily city lives, including the garbage removal truck and street washing trucks early mornings. However you are in the middle of a bustling and busy city-bring earplugs or have a higher up room maybe? Breakfast was ok but we only ate there once and preferred the fresher things from the bakeries or places around the hotel.

Location was excellent for our purposes. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was good sized, clean and had a great shower! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a fantastic location—we could wander around the local streets lined with bakeries, cool shops, and restaurants, and just a few hundred feet from a metro stop and street where we could hail a taxi. Opt for an included breakfast because it is a delicious and varied spread. The staff were very helpful. Our room was great. No complaints
