The room was warmer than we like.

It was well located, nice room, and very clean. They restocked the minibar at no cost. There was no table to work on the room. It was smaller than I expected.

Room was too small. Not enough hooks, and little space to put things and set things down including the luggage.

there’s a nice lobby, you can get a breakfast for €15, they have cold water and addictive candy in the lobby. Our room was nice. You put your card in to start the lights in the air-conditioning— but the air-conditioning worked great! We had a nice view of outside patio below us. There’s a park right across the street and it’s in good walking distance to sagrada Família, Park Guell and the Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau. when we would come back to the room before we turned down the air conditioning, there was a slight odd smell in the room.

Staff were not welcoming. There were very few friendly faces. Asking questions was intimidating.

The room smelled very bad like mold and it was very loud.

This was a nice hotel for our stay in Barcelona. Walking distance to Sagrada Familia, an amazing Breakfast buffet, and a comfortable, clean room. It was muggy in the room, so we had to open the windows regularly to get some fresh air. An air conditioning unit would help with this.

Perfect location to explore Barcelona. I have nothing to complain or dislike

The hotel is close to the Sagrada Família and several other interesting heritage buildings. It is a three-minute walk from the metro station. Small restaurants and cafés are scattered throughout the neighborhood. The breakfast was varied, clean, and fresh. The restaurant staff were attentive and efficient. The shower was awful. It was even completely shut off one night. The water only trickled out, and the drain was clogged. The duvet was dirty and had fecal stains—yes, I really mean fecal stains. We were disgusted. The reception staff were not very welcoming. I had made my reservation through Booking.com and contacted the hotel in advance, but upon arrival I realized that none of my requests had been taken into account. The soundproofing was terrible. The minibar did not work, and the room was poorly ventilated. There was no water in the shower for an entire night and part of the following morning.

There is no bar or restaurant.

The wifi connection is weak and intermittent.

Clean Staff was not friendly never acknowledged us from the front desk unless we said something! No hi no welcome no may I help you absolutely nothing!

Great staff, location over all a great stay Housekeeping were making extra noise in early mornings, but nothing else to note as negative.

Good location in nice area but nowhere near Park Guell as advertised. Shower was a dribble. Breakfast very average and staff useless and just played tv on their phone really loud, were not around, spoke little English. Seemed very understaffed. The guy who checked me in was weird.
