The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy if a bit small. The street is extremely noisy with a bar on the corner that seemed to be open all night. The windows are not soundproofed.

The staff is was very helpful and friendly. She gave us good information about sightseeing. Room is okay. The only thing not great is the location. It may be quite convenient, but walking through the neighborhood doesn’t feel safe. This is subjective though, and may not be an issue for some. The noises was loud all night. Unfortunately these are not things the hotel can change. For us, we decided to change the accommodation, and would not recommend for friends/family mainly due to the neighborhood atmosphere. We moved to a different area for the remaining nights, and had completely changed how we feel about the city. We didn’t feel safe and comfortable staying in the neighborhood. Walking out in the evening to find food was uncomfortable and we had to be very vigilant. The other minor thing we didn’t like if how tiny the lift is.

The rooms were clean & comfortable. Fresh towels were provided. The location was fantastic for accessing different areas of the city. Although the location was very accessible to the city, it was also slap bang in the middle of a party square so was very very loud at night and could also feel a little unsafe. Our greeting on arrival could have been better as it wasn’t the friendliest.

Nice hotel, great location The room, and the amount I paid is a bit of a joke. Like a broom cupboard. Couldn’t open up my luggage and walk around it in short. I feel this was a problem during the booking (the app) as I didn’t see these pictures originally otherwise I wouldn’t have paid that amount. This has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Nice room, good view Some street noise at night, could feel a bit sketchy coming back from the Rambla at night. Very expensive the week we were there, maybe because it was the back end of a holiday weekend.
