Luxurious hotel. Very well located. Very clean and comfortable. Our terrace had a great view, but it was scorching hot when we visited; so we couldn’t use it. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place. Nothing.

Location Appalling that extremely loud construction work to replace landing area floorboards started every morning at 9am (imagine someone banging a pan over your head). Reception staff and company email response was totally unsatisfactory (unresponsive for a long time and, ultimately, while acknowledging the serious disruption, merely offered a discount on the "next stay", likely knowing full we were unlikely to return to the city in the foreseeable future.

I liked the convenience of the hotel's location. You can walk to almost everything. The breakfast was wonderful. Our choice to have a balcony room facing La Rambla which was a bit noisy, and it felt like the subway was underneath us. A higher floor would have solved our issue. Also, and again not the fault of the hotel, there has been construction on La Rambla which both tourists and residents hate. All things considered, we would stay there again.

Right dead in the center of La Rambla. Excellent location. The doors were not soundproof so you could literally hear everything happening outside your door

The central location was perfect there were so much restaurants in the neighbourhood and so much stores and it was close to everything we wanted to see The hotel was undergoing renovation and the noise was unbearable but our room was nice and you could see also recently renovated so we were right in the process of that. But that would not impact that I would never stay there again
