Staff very nice and kind. The position is amazing for staying in the city center of Barcelona. Room not so large for 3 people. Level of cleaning is under the expected conditions. Breakfast should be improved.

Good location and breakfast, relatively spacy room. There was no coffee/tea options in the room. One evening we were told by the receptionist we can use the breakfast facilities for this purpose, the next day another receptionist told us it was not allowed. Well done sir! I also had to pay extra on the spot for my second child breakfast, as it turned out the payment made via Booking included only 1 adult and 1 child breakfast (what a dirty trick to look competitive with other hotels at the time of making the reservation!). The elevator was a bottleneck and there were queues and delays there, some customers had problems with their cards not working. Dispite closed windows, we could hear the noices from the street a bit too much. Overall, the hotel is overpriced for what it offers, the location attracted us as it was a stay of just 2 nights, next time I will choose another place, especially if coming for longer.

Location and hotel staff The bathroom is so slippery and not safe especially for elderly people. It’s so hard to open the room with the card, we had to try so many times everytime we open our room.

The property is very conveniently located to the Sagrada and then a pleasant walk from there to Sant Pau art nouveau site. The staff were very helpful and attentive The breakfast included was adequate An extremely basic hotel at an expensive price The smell of cheap air freshener.

The hotel was conveniently located near several attractions in Barcelona. We booked two rooms, one of which had working air conditioning, while the other did not. Although the rooms were somewhat clean, there were a few noticeable spots that needed attention, such as dust in corners and a counter that wasn’t wiped down. Since we only had one night there, we made the best of it. The breakfast was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The service was also great, and the check-in and check-out staff deserve a raise for their hard work. Despite being a busy place, they provided excellent customer service. One room the AC didn’t work.
