Location was Good ?

We loved the location and staff were very good! The room was crowded with an extra bed in the room, it felt like a storage closet

The location There was no air conditioning in the room, which is completely unacceptable. When I arrived at 3:00 PM, the room felt like a sauna and was unbearably hot. The only solution the hotel offered was a small fan, which simply blew the hot air around and made no real difference. It was impossible to relax or rest in those conditions. For a hotel to rent out rooms without proper cooling, especially in warm weather, is extremely disappointing. The lack of concern from the staff and the inadequate solution provided showed a complete disregard for guest comfort. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Location and service Rooms could use an upgrade

The room was clean and the location was great! Breakfast was a really good addition. The room was quite small, yet to be in the city center it's probably average size.

The room was too small, not even having a chair or table. It was not clean and lacked maintenance. The A/C was not working.

As per booking , Air-condition in the room but it’s not work all three days. Not much breakfast Option , in the room color pill off , Air condition not work in summer very strange .

Good location Outdated

The place is in the very center of Barcelona City The place is too old. In the add it has air-conditioning but its doesnt work as they needed to save energy at that moment based on the staff so I requested an electricfan and the staff ignored it. The room window was unlocked outside is extremely noisy to be able to lock it you have to request the staff again and wait for them when they like bcoz it has a special keys. The staff is not friendly you have to request many times before you they take actions. Not a very good experience its a pitty as it is in very good location.

Location is okay Very expensive to not be able to use the AC. It was very hot inside the room and they came and opened the windows but at night when ALL you want is sleep, you can’t because of loud noises from outside, and because they opened the window i wasnt able to close the curtains. All they did was offered something to cover my ears! Unbelievable!! And VERY VERY small room for $700

Nothing I had reserved 3 nights but as soon as i arrived I knew it was a mistake. Since it was already late, i stayed one night but immediately asked to cancel the next 2. the room was dark, tiny, and in bad repair (water damage in the woodwork.) street noise loud, bathroom counter not clean, mattress thin. I spent one terrible night, hardly able to sleep. The receptionist in the evening told me the manager could handle the refund the next morning, but he refused, saying i had to take it up with booking.com, which i am trying to do. On a positive note, there were no bedbugs — although the place made my skin crawl.

location the key did not open the door, the rooms smell like public toilet with a lot of deodorant, the elevator took forever, I had to ask for the knob in reception to open the windows.

The location is pretty nice and close to the metro and bus stops. This was honestly a disappointing experience, especially considering the price. The property feels outdated and poorly maintained, making it hard to justify the cost. The rooms lack air conditioning, and the temperature is centrally controlled, meaning you have no ability to adjust it yourself. This made the room extremely uncomfortable. When I raised this issue at reception, the response was unhelpful they offered a noisy fan or suggested simply opening the window. Despite booking for single occupancy, the room contained three beds, leaving very little space to move around. As I was staying for several days, I requested that the extra bed be removed, but this was met with reluctance and poor service. The bathroom was another major downside. It was not properly cleaned, and the bathtub was unusable due to the absence of a water stopper. Overall cleanliness and maintenance standards were clearly lacking. Basic amenities were also missing. There was no kettle or even a table, which made the stay inconvenient. Additionally, the corridors are very noisy, and sound travels easily even with the room door closed making it difficult to relax or sleep. Finally, the mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable, clearly in need of replacement. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations and felt overpriced for the quality and service provided.

I highly recommend staying there. The location is amazing everything is next to you weather it’s shopping or transportat
