The bed was very comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, the room was very large, and the ac worked very well. The pillows were a little small and the lights were a little too bright.

Fantastic location. Small bar on the corner open early and late offering breakfast, snack and alcohol choices all day long. Short walk to Las Ramblas and only a 15 minute walk to the harbour area. The pool area at the end of a hot day sightseeing is amazing. Found some of it a bit old, whilst the bedroom looked new - door frames, carpets and balconies looked a bit worn.

Beautiful lobby, nice rooftop pool and bar area, exceptional location The only thing that wasn’t great was that our room had a leaky shower. We went through a lot of bath mats.

Was a quick walk to Las Ramblas and Gothic Quarter, the hotel staff were fantastic and were incredibly kind. Even though Location was convenient, it was in a bit of a sketchy part of town. The hotel room itself was a bit run-down and outdated, the TV didn't work at all. I believe we ended up getting a room that was built for people with disabilities because the toilet and shower were very accomodating in that regard.

A large room, free water, comfortable beds. Room and balcony felt a little dirty. Some staff on reception could be a little rude. On several occasions staff entered our room without notice. .

Good staff at reception, water and refreshments provided. Easy access from metro. The lifts were poor for rooftop access. Breakfast area was a little busy at peak times, could do with more space.

Honestly, this hotel exceeded my expectations, especially for a 3-star hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, the location was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. What really impressed me was the attention to detail. They offer two different types of pillows depending on your preference, which is something you don’t always find even in higher-category hotels. We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine and fresh fruit in the room, and there was also fresh fruit available at reception at any time. Excellent value for money and absolutely deserving of a 10/10. I would definitely stay here again!
