The staff did offer €200 euro credit to the room for the delay in the room being ready as it was being cleaned The bath was dirty with black hairs in it, yet the delay in the room was the cleaners were cleaning it. We got charged for breakfast that we didn't have, both lifts in our building were out of service and we had to carry 4 large suitcases down 4 flights of stairs, we arrived with children and our room was not ready until 2 hours after check in, has to complain if we hadnt have im sure we would have sat there for longer waiting, some of the light bulbs in our room were not working, they also forgot to add the €200 euro credit they had given us for the room delay but did in the end add it, all conversations you should not have to have on holiday, overall this was not a 5 star property there is room for improvement

The best bathtub in the whole entire world. The hotel was lovely. Our room was comfortable to stay up was lovely. Location was good. Our room was on the floor. They did require some stairs, so moving the luggage up and down on our own was not something we could do, but the Porter was great and handled it all.

The pool are and bar were nice. Most of the staff were friendly. This is a huge hotel, too many people and rooms and sadly did not meet up to our expectations. It was just ok.
