The location was great and very convenient, especially as it was close to the Sagrada Família. The lobby was beautiful, clean, and well organized, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also delicious and had a good variety of options. I really appreciated that they offered gluten-free bread as well. However, the room was extremely small. It was advertised as suitable for three people, but in reality, it was honestly only suitable for one person. The room was so small that we couldn’t even open our suitcases. I asked about upgrading to a larger room, but I was told that this was already the largest room available. I also asked about booking an additional room, but unfortunately, the accommodation was fully booked at the time. This made the overall experience somewhat disappointing. The refrigerator was also very small and, unfortunately, it was not cooling properly. We had to keep getting ice frequently to keep our things cold, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, the location, breakfast, lobby, and staff were all great, but the extremely limited space and the lack of a properly functioning refrigerator made the stay more tiring than expected.

We could not fault the property- it was modern, clean and hygienic. The breakfast was exceptional and definitely worth the money. The staff are extremely accommodating with a special shoutout to Bianca who made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. The only issue for us was that the bed was slightly uncomfortable
