the best part of the hotel is the location as it fits my need for being near to Sagrada Familia, accessibility is great and relatively close to downtown where all the happenings are. Room is clean (I didn't even need daily room keeping). Groceries, cafes or eateries are plentiful available within walking distance. WiFi was out of service for 1 full day, as I needed it for personal work it was slightly disruptive. The sound insulation of the building is quite poor - you can literally hear the next room or whatever is happening at the corridor. Room is small - just sufficient for solo traveler. Would have been great to have maybe 1 or 2 more wall electrical outlet but that's more of a bonus than a necessity.

When we arrived at first,our room aircon was not really working at all,it took them sometime to decide what to do but I requested a room transfer and they accommodated it

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, y tanto el personal de recepción como de limpieza es muy atento y amable. La habitación de dos camas estaba bien, aunque las camas estaban pegadas una al lado de la otra. Proveen café, jugos y agua sin costo adicional. Las dos camas estaban pegadas, sería conveniente tener la mesa de por medio. Por lo demás, todo estuvo muy bien.

Quarto bem confortável, super limpo, cama e chuveiro bons. Tinha agua, café e chá disponíveis no quarto. Localização boa (próximo da Sagrada Família). O atendente Julio foi super prestativo e simpático com a gente. Apesar de ser próxima da Sagrada Família. É um pouco longe dos demais pontos turístico, porém é próximo do metrô

Great location Breakfast could have been better! Especially the hours! 7am is a little late!

Fast and professional service. Very spacious and clean room. The staff offered to keep our luggage secure and have access to them throughout the day. There was some construction on the street and the location is 10-15min walk from major attractions including Sagrada. We requested early check in but couldn't get our room until 3pm although the staff kindly and securely kept our stuff.

The property was close to the Sagrada Família; steps from coffee shops and supermarket. The facilities are kept clean and tidy. The breakfast was fantastic! Leak in shower; room is a bit tight in terms of space.
