The room and the hotel was nicer than I expected. It has a nice living room with a TV where I was able to watch the World Cup games with other guests. The breakfast has pretty good too. Room had a window but looking to a small courtyard, no sunlight. The gym is way too small. It's uncomfortable to use for more than 1 or 2 guest at a time. The rooftop is nice for sunbathing, but also too small.

Roof terrace. Quiet room and cold air conditioning. Black marble Flo in bathroom. Tiny room but clean and comfortable. No window. I had the cheapest room though..

The staff were so helpful when we had to get them to send some luggage to the next hotel! They really went above and beyond to help get it to our next destination. The hotel is also safe as I left valuable jewelry out accidentally and there were no issues.

The location was great and close to the subway! Our room was so nice. I loved sitting on the balcony to enjoy a glass of wine in the nice weather. I made use of the gym which was great! It had everything I needed for a workout! The rooftop deck was also a great way to relax and enjoy the great weather! N/A

Very small room. Tiny bathroom. Could never accommodate more than one person

I requested a crib which made the room pretty tight, there was barely space to put our suitcases and the baby stroller. The bathroom was spacious and the showers were hot. Also the balcony was very convenient to have. I noticed immediately how dirty the floor was. Everything was clean but the floor needed a serious vacuum.

Location The toilet is sooo small We were three in the room and only one water bottle was provided and when we asked for additional one they charge us 3 euros We could hear noise outside The room view was an internal window

The tap water was completely white. When I raised it with reception, I was told it was normal, which it clearly isn’t. I was initially placed on a higher floor next to the elevator, where the noise and vibrations were constant and very disruptive. After complaining, I was moved to a lower floor, also next to the elevator, but it was quiet this time.. The shower water pressure was almost none when using hot/warm water even being on the 4th floor. Cold water had pressure. What made the experience worse was the attitude of one reception staff member. When I raised both the water issue and the noise, he responded with a sarcastic, somewhat dismissive tone not what you expect from a 4 stars hotel.

The hote has a nice moderrn fancy vibe. Decor is modern. Nice buffet breakfast. It is not located in the "centre" but on a slightly more residential area, but this is actually a very good thing because it has a very local vibe instead of feeling in the middle of a tourist trap. There is an underground parking lot right next door. Everything was good.

As a woman with high standards for cleanliness, the hotel was really clean so I stayed very comfortably. But the better part of here was the staff especially the ones in the reception. They did everything that they can do whenever I request something with a very warm and friendly attitude. They deserve all the thanks to them. Thank you very much for everything!

The breakfast is good but expensive. The interior rooms are of extremely poor quality. They get very hot (probably because they are next to the elevator and heating) and you have to run the AC to the max to be able to sleep in there which blows directly in your face. Plus there is the noise from the elevator/cleaning room which is next door and almost no water coming out of the shower. If you bring this to their attention the staff does not care. The room is still expensive for what it offers. I have been in this hotel many times before spending over 1500 Euros and the other rooms are good. But the interior rooms are two star hotel at most. Very disappointing experience overall.

all nothing

Location great. Staff friendly. Breakfast good. Water pressure terribly low. Shower was a hand held one and with water pressure being low it made attempting to shower unenjoyable. No plug in bath so when I asked for one. It didn’t keep water in bath but pressure being so low that bath was then cold and hardly any water available to fill bath .

do not stay in the room without view if you value your sanity. it is right next to the elevator and there is not a moment's peace.

quite expensive
