Just regulating the water in the shower. It was way way too hot. Took quite a while to get it regulated. Not sure why

A total disaster. We went to Barcelona and arrived friday night after a long trip. The fire alarm went off at 6 in the morning, and because the hotel staff didn't know how to turn it off, it totally woke us up and ruined our night of sleep

I would have loved if the pool closed later than 9pm. A swim after a long day of walking could have made my stay even more perfect.

The hotel’s location is very convenient and makes it easy to get around the city. I would recommend it for a short stay, particularly for guests who are not looking for a modern or luxury property but simply a clean place to sleep. The service was good, and the reception staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, it offers good value for a short visit. It needs maintenance

Hotel has very convenient location - only 30min drive from airport and all points of interest easily accessible by metro or bus. Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff was always helpful. Breakfast definitely exceeded our expectations with big variety and fresh juices and fruit. Rooftop pool with terrace are a nice bonus,

Old, very small and no space for a quick call for example.

Staff was friendly and service was good. Room got cleaned and amenities were provided in time on demand. PVC windows were nit sealing properly, soo all street sounds were in room, as if you have slept at the street.And double bed was slightly smaller than what was expecting.

The location is excellent—it is close to everything. I must highlight the staff; they were excellent—very attentive and ready to address any questions or concerns one might have. The rooms aren't as comfortable as one might wish, but they are sufficient for coming back at night and resting.

The hotel is in an excellent location, literally right next to a metro station and close to several good food spots. The room, however, was quite small and felt a bit outdated. In my opinion, the price should be lower for it to feel like good value for money. Overall, it’s quite expensive for what they offer.

This hotel is a gem in the central Eixample district of Barcelona. A true value for money.

Receptionist Princess was very considerate about us. The location is very convenient, 15-20 minute walk to the city centre. Room looked good. Room was “fake” cleaned everyday. We’ve found out that glasses were put back into place as if they were new, but in fact glasses were still sticky inside after cola we drank before.

You get what you paid for.

Comfortable stay, Perfect location, and amazing staff. Nothing :)

Pool and hot tub. Staff was very friendly & extremely helpful. Held our luggage after checkout. Breakfast included, especially cereal with various seeds to add, plus good milk potions & fruit. Couple of later hours with no kids around at pool & hot tub. Breakfast while nice to have included was underwhelming based on advertising from around the world. The two days I ate breakfast there, early well stocked. Mid-morning did not do a good job of keeping options stocked (cereal & milk options not kept up). Restaurant for later dining closed for renovation.

Very good location and bus station for main bus station is right in front of the door. The some of the amenities are old fashioned. The room is bit older and needs renovation. Could be bigger, but comfortable and cosy.
