The concierge was so helpful! He gave us a map of all of the favourite spots around the hotel for dining and they were excellent choices. We loved the complimentary wine from 7-8 p.m. on the rooftop terrace - it was so nice to have a glass of wine before our dinner and set a lovely tone for our evening in the city.

The staff was so accommodating! We really appreciated the little details that were thought of.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything. Our room for the first 3 nights was perfect. Small but well laid out and had great storage, wonderful shower, very comfortable bed, very quiet (even though on Ramblas). Staff was very friendly/helpful. The place has a very cute rooftop garden. The rooms were very cute/great design - functional and very attractive. The fourth night we had to move roomsand it was meaningfully smaller and the shower was in the room (not in a bathroom) and leaked water on the floor. The superior which we had before was not much more than expensive but the extra space, storage, seperate bathroom made a big difference

Staff were excellent. Very accommodating like having a concierge in a high end hotel.

Location is as central as it gets. Staff were super helpful in welcoming (shout out to Alex and Ramon!). Lovely terrace. Room was super clean, and the noise from the street was fully blocked when the window was closed. AC was exceptional! The street is under extensive constructions, so there is terrible noise on the balcony and terrace. Noise cancellation is very good - so we had no problem sleeping in at all.

Quiet room. Good staff. Location was not good. Construction in the muscle of the street. Had to have our taxi drop us off a block from the hotel.

Very beautiful, plus VERY well designed for comfort. Well done! Nothing, everything was just great.

The staff was very helpful! Facility was very clean and had all the things needed for a comfortable stay! The full breakfast was wonderful!

location, design for that price staff - not too much sucking up (kidding)

Everything went well. This is our second stay at Yurbban Ramblas and we love this boutique hotel. The staff is superb. Maria checked us in and was so gracious and helpful. Although we arrived earlier than check in time- our room was ready for us and we were able to enjoy a full day. The location is ideal for everything you'd want to do in Barcelona. What a treat. The Rooftop happy hour wine tasting (gratis) was perfect. Our room was wonderful. When we checked out (7am in the morning) the gracious staff person (I didn't get his name) brought our luggage down, got our taxi, and did everything to ensure we were safely on our way to the airport. I couldn't ask for more gracious staff. As this was our second time, it met exactly the expectations I had from past visit. Nothing could have been better. It was perfect!

I would not hesitate to book here again.

Nothing. Will be coming back for sure.

Full of charm

Good value for 4 people

The room was a bit small for the price though we had a lovely enclosed balcony area with a view of the street which was a nice addition.

Bed was comfortable. Nice that it has a street facing balcony. Smells good in building. Greeted with complicated glasses of Cava by very friendly, professional staff. Nice rooftop terrace with complimentary wine at night. Not the property’s fault, but the Main Street that it sits on was under major construction (I’d guess it will be for a year) so our balcony was not the relaxing experience we hoped for when booking, and starting and ending each day walking through a noisy major construction project ruined the vibe Also, though it is centrally located, I think we now realize we prefer to stay at places that are not on major boulevards; even without construction, I believe there would have been a lot of traffic noise while sitting on balcony (thankfully, very sound proof windows). Plenty of cute hotels in the quainter, more medieval vibe streets of the Gothic quarter to choose from. That’s just our personal preference, of course

Ramon works so hard to please.

I can't really think of anything negative to write.

I favor boutique hotels because of the personal service they provide. Yurbban fit the bill perfectly. I’m not high maintenance but I don’t fancy being a number due to staff dealing with a significant number of guests. Location was excellent right near stop 1 of hop on hop off bus. Breakfast, while pricey, was tasty with the best flat white I had in my 2 week visit to Spain. The only challenge I had was meeting up w/my driver to get to the airport. Perhaps the hotel can suss out how to describe to driver where guests will wait for them due to the current construction going on. Something like SE area of Ramblas and Catulanya Plaza.
