In the heart of Gothic quarter No lift, not suitable for people who cannot climb stairs. Office is at the first floor and if you get a room on 3rd floor, its a torture. Good for young people

Great helpful staff, 24 hour desk service, in the middle of everything Gothis Quarter.

I didn't like the red and white walls in the room. The color combination was not pleasant and made it hard to relax after a long day of sightseeing. In addition the room had an unpleasant smell.

The bathroom was horrific

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was also really convenient that there was someone on the front desk 24/7 and that they take your key when you leave so there's no risk of it getting lost. The bed was comfortable enough however the plastic sheet under the regular sheet was noisy and the rustling wasn't great whenever I moved. The bathroom was also not that close to my room and I wasn't told where it was when I first got my key, so I had to find it myself.

The Barcelona Gotic Guesthouse was a clean and great location for my stay in Barcelona! It was a step up from a hostel which was exactly what me and my friend were looking for. Would recommend to any traveler!

The location is number one for me, cleanliness, and the staff are nice. Just no elevator. I have a spine problem it is not easy to lift my luggage. But it's not a big deal. I still like to come back here.

I love the location and how clean it was! I wish there was an elevator or someone helping with the bags, I got a room on the third floor and the stairs where so narrow that it was difficult for my heavy bags to carry

The location is the best part of the stay. Maybe that the balcony small but it’s alright that’s just how the building is at least where was a little bit do we could dry our swimsuits.

Sound isolation between rooms is very bad. You could clearly hear people talking, which language they were talking in, showering, even the water drops falling on the floor etc
