Close to old city and boutique like Staff were wonderful Little challenge finding on google maps but not bad Hot in room when arrived but we changed our time so expected

Location was perfect! Right next to the castle and a few minutes walk to historic center! Very clean and modern! Martino was a great host and the breakfast buffet was outstanding! ❤️❤️ Nothing!!! Our time was too short - should have stayed longer!

Pro: 1. Great location 2. Great communication 3. Martino was fantastic in both communication and assistance 4. Room was large enough for 2 of us 5. Bathroom was modern and clean 6. Breakfast was more than good, it was outstanding. Fresh fruits, fresh mozzarella and burrata, fresh cappuccino and coffee and tea, made to order, great breads, delicious cakes, yogurt and granola, fresh juices. The proximity to the best gelato we have had in Italy is two minutes away from the hotel/BnB. Con 1. No elevator/lift to room, lots of stairs, but Martino carried the bags with grace 2. Water pressure in shower was sporadic, but the options for the water were great 3. There was an odor when we opened the door to the room, but it was gone within seconds of arrival 4. Lots of steps up to room - not a problem unless you can't climb stairs.

Rooms were very good. Martino was an outstanding host who was extremely helpful on getting around Bari and for setting up a local tour. Lack of an elevator was a bit challenging, but Martino helped with bags.

The location was great. their restaurant was incredible.

Breakfast was great, Martini thought of everything and was helpful ordering taxis and making lunch reservations. Only quibble was there is not a lift and it is a hike up the stairs. He had help to carry bags, It was fine

Excellent location, very comfortable room, splendid breakfast selection and a very helpful manager who was able to answer all our questions and make arrangements for whatever we needed.

A perfect location for the old town and access to the ferry. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with luggage storage while we waited for our overnight ferry departure.

The location was excellent. The host was helpful -carried bags , had written info on the shower, helped with parking and dining. Breakfast was also a huge hit.

This is a truly exceptional place to stay. Location: in the old city, walking distance to all important places. Silent: you will not be disturbed during the night. Breakfast: excellent choices that separate it from typical english/continental breakfast buffet. Rooms: super clean, spacious with a great shower. Personnel: Martino will make sure you get the maximum out of your visit. I had to stay only two nights. I would enjoy many more.

I liked a lot the location, the cleanliness and the kindness of Martino, our host. He was extremely helpful and prompt and gave us valuable guidance and information about Bari and the surroundings. Thank you a lot Martino, we'll definitely come back!

The location is just perfect right in the old city everything is walking distance. Staff super helpful and communicative The breakfast was not a full english or continental breakfast, no eggs, less variety. However it.was super high end the offered smoked salmon, ham, sweets so a very fine dining experience. Actually it wasn't bad just surprising for us.
