B21 Lifestyle Hotel

The hotel was conveniently situated close to the seafront and with good connections to the town. Nearby restaurants were brilliant. Room was spacious and comfortable with good air conditioning and towels, etc, changed daily. The wine offering at the bar was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a bit odd - cakes in the morning? Scrambled eggs were rubbery and bounced all over the place. We couldn't get our blinds to work, but decided it didn't matter that much.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and good size. The parking is Perfect. Just a little bit away from the center

The design and layout of the resort was spectacular. The accommodations were modern and inventive. The cleaning staff came into my room and unlocked the door at around 9:30 am while I was still in my room before the designated checkout time. She wanted to gain access to clean the place. I felt uncomfortable and left my room early and informed the front desk staff about this. They stated they were sorry but that this sometimes happens. That was unacceptable. Some of the gym workout machines were rusty, had torn seats and were inoperable. They need to be changed and updated.

Our room was lovely and relaxing with perfect minimalist decor. It was the exact retreat we were looking for. The food was very nice and the room service was such a treat. The pool area was also very relaxing and well maintained, the staff was also very pleasant and helpful. Proximity to the beach was a huge plus as well. The breakfast was a lovely selection, the only challenge is that the location of the coffee and juice sometimes caused people to jam up and also made refilling a bit of a challenge for the staff. It is worth noting that the location is a bit on its own, but the shuttle made it easy to get into the town. A worthwhile trade-off for beach proximity and ease in getting to the airport.

The pool, the restaurant, the bar, the location and most importantly the staff were all fantastic!

The pool area was nice, breakfast was nice and the room was spacious Hotel seemed quiet but our room wasn't ready when we arrived. Once in the room we unpacked and settled in. The next day we found out air conditioning was not working on our floor which they already knew about, so I asked to move rooms - pack and unpack. The room they moved us to was made up for a single person so I had to ask for extra towel the next day. On day 4 there was no additional toilet rolls provided so I had to go to reception and ask. Also, no information pack....it would have helped to have information regarding taxi's in Bari plus buses from the hotel into Bari and local restaurants, beach facilities etc etc

We loved the pool, room and staff. The only downside was the incredibly small shower.

Clean modern hotel, helpful staff, shuttle to city centre was available, and you can book it privately as needed for a fee, but much cheaper than any local taxi services . It is in an area that has nothing around it. Lots of development, but nothing really walkable, and the beaches out front are all private. The pool area is really nice, towels and loungers and service, but kids aren’t allowed to jump into the pool, so great for adults, not fantastic for children, I get both sides of the argument ?.

Friendly and helpful staff, great restaurant food available throughout the day, spacious room and the pool area. I had a great getaway and would come back again. I could hear water running and people talking in rooms around me, soundproofing could be improved. The door from the balcony to the shower and the glass between the shower and the room let the light in during the night - you can't sleep in a completely dark room. The breakfast was rather average. The eggs were dry, the veggies next to it were just defrosted. Not a lot of options for vegetarians

Beautiful pool area, comfy beds. On site parking. Attentive, courteous staff Noisy area, construction on going during the day next to pool area.

The breakfast staff were terrific, professional and working hard to make everyone enjoy the experience and the food. Dino and Alexy were very helpful to us and other guests and took good care to address all needs. N/A

I stayed for 4 nights, the freg was not working. I made a claim in the first day. I t was not repaired till I checked out
