Convenient Central Bari Murat location. Beautiful, quiet room with all amenities. And a great balcony. The soaking tub was amazing!

The location and once you are inside the room - its great The service is below sub-par. We asked if we could store our luggage- however it turns put storing only possible after 8 am (not a minute before), and weekend breakfast is also from 8 am (not a minute before). They dont have a solution for esrly checkout breakfast. Checking is through an app (have we needed one more to download?) and a tedious registration. Though an email prior to arrival say to ring the bell when you arrive - this doesnt work. There are actually 2 doors next ro each other with codes - the actual door is on the right. There was a lady once standing outside of rhe door stating that she is from the Office of the palazzo, however she couldnt get the code right - and wanted to enter. (Questionnable security). I would say its amazing location - but priced as a hotel, however they are rude and offer no service whatsoever. You can have the same location Airbnb and better prices at any given time - so dont bother with this.

Location is excellent. Room was clean, comfortable and efficient The fact that it was all no contact. No front desk, no personal check in. All very cold and indifferent for a travel experience. It was more like and Air B and B

The room was a bit smaller than expected. The property has a.presence in multiple locations on the intersection (2 retauranrts 3-4 doors with Gatto Bianco listed), which made it a little confusing to find the proper entry (another guest was experiencing the same confusion) finally determined it by checking the listed address against a faded number beside the door. Then, once.inside room names instead of numbers lead to another moment of confusion. Ultimately, it is a minor but easily addressed issue

Good breakfast, nice and kind staff. Excellent location and comfortable room. Check-in process is to engaged and a guest losts a lot of time. In case of electricity malfunction we lost a door-code. Fortunatelly we can open door using an aplication. We spent 3 days. Room was comfortable, we lacked armchairs only.

Very stylish place in good location a few blocks from the old town. Had no idea when we booked that this was part of a very large operation, based in Milan, meaning it was extremely impersonal. The online check in the day before our arrival was complicated and demanding and the instructions for arrival at the rooms were not particularly clear. The room was small and strangely arranged, we assumed because of the age of the building. It was the worst breakfast out of the seven places we stayed in Puglia, inefficient staff who kept forgetting to bring coffee, etc. Unappetising buffet selection.

I just loved the room, bathroom and location. The check in via an app worked very well. And the breakfast was good. I would have liked that the staff could have helped whit getting us a taxi. Finally they did help. But i wish they could have just done it from the beginning.

We didn’t want to be in old town (swamped with cruise boat tourists and tour groups on a Sunday) but did want to be walking distance to old town, new town, and the train station. So, perfect location for us. The room and breakfast was perfect for us - a traveling couple in our 60s. Had to download an app for entry, which seemed like more steps than were necessary. Otherwise, there was nothing we didn’t like.

Very nice room, good location and ok breakfast. There was no reception. You're forced to download an app to check in and access the property. Staff on site only available for breakfast and less than helpful. No way to ask for more towels or toiletries, and good luck if there's an emergency. Also, if your cellphone battery runs out during the day, you have no way to get into your room.
