Ramada by Wyndham Barstow

The rooms are clean. The A/C worked very well. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The breakfast is simple but very good. Free access to Anytime Fitness. Close to restaurants and Tesla charging. Easy freeway access. And a very friendly staff.

Overbooked and cancelled my reservation without any warning, leaving me stranded after my flight. Did not even offer to help me find another lodging.

The hotel seems to be mainly used by railroad workers and is the dirtiest I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were friendly and helpful but at no point did I feel clean and I certainly wouldn’t walk around the room without something on my feet.

Pool is useless and unclean, no fitness center and the place looks run-down, please stay away.

The WiFi should just have a regular password better tvs are needed

For the Ramada in Barstow: “I do not recommend this hotel at all. When we arrived late at night, we saw people using drugs right in the parking lot. I didn’t feel safe even getting out of the car with my children. The reviews gave me a false sense of security—this was a dangerous environment.”

Was a great place for my 2 days I stayed there breakfast was enuff staff as friendly and helpful

Location, bed, room very satisfactory No air in hallways. By the time we wslkd to our room . We werr very hot and uncomfortable. Air in room was great. But in the breakfast room also no air appreared to be on. Food was good but not comfortable to sit at tables to hot.

Dead cockroach in room, empty shampoo/body wash.

Because my kids read all of the bad reviews. They were afraid to stay there so they just stayed up and drove home to LV.

Had to change rooms as the first room the tv didn't work and the phone had no dial tone. (which was needed to call the front desk to say the tv didn't work.)

Check in was easy, the staff very friendly. The room was clean and we felt safe staying there. The room was quiet, and that was a big plus for us.

size of room was nice and bed was fine.Liked the breakfast The room did feel really old and the lamps and fixtures have seen a lot better days. After we were there, we could tell that the carpets smelled musty and old and really needs to be deep cleaned. We were on the second floor but we could hear talking downstairs loud in the lobby at 5 am which woke me up for hours. Because, it is an open area with high ceilings by the desk, the sounds are really like an echo. The shower head didn't work right so it was either scalding hot water or freezing cold. It was not working properly. One of the outlets was not in the wall right so we couldn't use it Once again, hotels are nonchalant about customers complaints. It seems that the customer is always wrong. If you try to check in an hour early, they want to charge $50.00 extra.

It was a pleasant stay. Good service at an affordable price.
