From the warm welcome received from the chap on reception on Saturday evening to the lovely rooms allocated (107 and 109 which have interconnecting doors) - everything was way better than we expected. The two pools were great..it was lovely to swim on Sunday morning without having kids in the way as they had their own pool. Beautiful ladies changing rooms with lots of showers and changing rooms. I've already recommended the hotel to a friend who has now booked a spa weekend later in the year. Really impressed with everything. Only that the lift was out of order on the night we stayed..my 87 year old mum would have appreciated it.

No air con, the room smelt of cigarette smoke, dust hanging down from the long mirror. Customer Service lift out of order.

comfy bed, nice bedding. Lots of EV chargers dirty bathroom, lots of hair clippings on the floor. room smelt fousty and smokey. Very hot in rooms with just a fan, hoped there would have had aircon.

Easy location, helpful staff and the aircon in my room was a godsend in the recent heat! Great pools with adult only and family areas. Room was clean and comfortable. The shower could have been a little better, and the loo made a noise when flushing though both of those were minor issues. Had to pay extra for a fridge in my room - would be nice perhaps for all rooms to have them?

Great facilities, Cleanliness, space, friendly staff and nice breakfast Unfortunately our air conditioning did not work, the remote got replaced but it didn't work. When we arrived it was 31 degrees, however for bed we decided to keep the balcony door open to sleep and there was a nice cool breeze that helped us to sleep.
