I booked a room on the booking.com and have already transferred a certain amount of money for the room I booked. Upon arrival at the Oyo hotel, the staff on duty said that they no longer work with Oyo or any other accommodation apps. Logically, even if they do not work with Agoda or any other accommodation apps, why is it still listed on apps like Agoda? I hope no one else gets deceived. they didn't let me in. they said they've cut ties with OYO and they don't have my booking. the worst thing can happen to a traveller.
