Breakfast was fantastic, room was very clean and comfortable. All service staff were very friendly at all times, very well appreciated. The lobby area at the room floor was rather stuffy, could be better with stronger air conditioning

The hotel’s clean, proper & comfortable. We’re assigned to the room that’s very near to the elevator which is convenient for our elderly mother. Rain shower’s superb! What’s amazing is the hotel staff who’s not just hospitable & friendly but very helpful. Especially the one man (i didnt get the name) who helped us with the luggages. He’s so kind & was so helpful & even offered to help exchange ferry tickets for us (we didn’t want to trouble him in the end since the exchange place was just around the corner). Overall, what made our stay special was really the staff & we’ll definitely return. The room lights were a little dim & the breakfast area was so overcrowded that we couldn’t get seats. Thankfully we’re offered lounge access (but most food’s gone & replenishing took time)

It was very comfortable. Food was great. Most importantly, the staff was so lovely. All were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for. I wish I could name them all, but to name a few: Vanessa, Violina, Jennifer, Adhit, Friska and Rejal.

Wide variety of quality food at buffet breakfast. Being woken up at 4.30am by noise. Bad choice of music at the Altitude Bar.

Excellent location, just above the harbour, the staff were accommodating, able to give us connecting room and while waiting for the rooms to be ready, they gave us a temporary room to rest as I have 2 old folks and 2 children! The room was clean and bed was comfy and the breakfast buffet spread was exquisite and lots to eat and try! I love the beehoon and their Indonesia cuisine. Will sure stay again and recommend my friends too! NOTHING, all good

Perfect location right above the ferry terminal. Very friendly and helpful staff, great pool and fitness, comfortable room and the rain shower was awesome. Excellent breakfast buffet. Rooftop bar also cool. Nothing I didn’t like.

Staff is very welcoming. Some hiccups now and then but majority of it were good. Food is very good. Room view is quite nice and peaceful.

Missed the breakfast. So Not Applicable TV didnt have either netflix or other OTT apps including IPTV or any other options of TV entertainment. No HDMI available to connect to our portable devices either. The available list of English and Indian shows in the TV was a big disappointment. The spa rates were too expensive and also the lack of proper authentic vegetarian options in the menu.

The breakfast spread is awesome! Compared to other hotels, Marriott offers the biggest variety. The staff at the restaurant always provide excellent service. Great job, keep it up! The breakfast menu should be changed at least every year or two. For regular guests who stay at the hotel, after a couple of months or years, it feels repetitive since the menu stays the same. The only change I’ve noticed is in the mini bar—used to have chocolate in the fridge, but now it's no longer provided. I wonder why?

Everything is great! The hotel is just above the Harbour Bay, very convenient. Room is spacious, bed and pillows are comfortable. Swimming pool is clean with nice sea view especially during 4-6pm. On top of that, the hotel staff are the best. They very helpful and efficient, especially Kevin who made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable. He was very patient in answering our questions, recommending food in Batam and explaining the culture and religion. He introduced us to the restaurant's chef Dinar, who personally prepared for us a unique Batam local cuisine Ketupat (traditional rice cake), rendang sapi (beef rendang), sambal goreng hati (fried potota with chicken liver), absolutely delicious! Highly recommend! We’ll come back again. None

Lovely comfortable hotel, very conveniently located next to harbour Bay ferry terminal, good having nearby small mall, yet also convenient to order grabcar to get around nearby places. Nice infinity pool to enjoy the seaview and corner of Batam. The club lounge food (only available for guests staying high floor) was mediocre, I'm contrast to the decent breakfast buffet.
