good location, accessible to some good restaurant friendly staff, mostly are very friendly especially a staff named Tesa, a charming smiling made us felt welcomed. 24 hours massage available, make us feel relax when we wanted to have a good relax massage. Actually not much I do not like.

The hotel was easily accessible from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal and the places we intended to visit. Lobby was spacious with comfortable seats, staff were friendly & helpful, room was spacious & clean and bed was really comfortable. Nothing really but breakfast could have more variety of items to cater to those who prefers western food.

Less than 5 mins walk from Harbourbay Ferry Station! There wasn’t a need for us to get any taxi on the day of arrival. We followed the signs at the terminal and reached the hotel with ease when walking in the day. Friendly and helpful staff. During checkout, they quickly got housekeeping to do a quick sweep to ensure that we didn’t leave anything behind. They keenly spotted a toy my child left behind under the blanket and very quickly brought it down for us before we left. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Food was awesome for a hotel breakfast. There was a wide variety of local food options available. I particularly love their chilli options that goes well with their Nasi Goreng. My children loved the DIY doughnut decoration section and munched off the wide variety of fruits available. On one of the days, there was also Pulut Hitam that was totally delicious! Not to forgot the yummy chicken and beef soup on alternate days. Absolutely satisfying breakfast that gave us a great head start for the day. The kind bed wasn’t really a king size bed. It was two single beds put together which didn’t feel totally comfortable if you’re sleeping in the middle. The pool is rather small, so not very suitable for families. The water was also slightly murky.

Absolutely convenience, just 2mins walk to the ferry terminal and nearby convenient stores as well. I'm a gym person and would expect the basic gym equipment however they look old and rusty. I would spend hours in the gym but within 30mins I left. I hope in the next visit the gym will have a much better equipment. Just sharing on behave of guests who loves to work out. ?

During my stay, I fell ill, and the team went beyond their usual duties to ensure my comfort and recovery. They promptly arranged for a doctor to see me at the hotel, making the process seamless and stress-free. Following that, the staff continued to check on me, offering extra hot teas and warm get-well-soon messages, which truly made a difference in my stay. Their kindness and attentiveness were truly heartwarming. A special thanks to Mr. Danang, the Front Office Manager, for his exceptional support and professionalism. His dedication to guest well-being is commendable. I highly recommend Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay to anyone visiting Batam. The hotel not only offers great accommodations but also an incredibly caring and attentive team. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Breakfast should be little more healthy , variety is too much but dishes are mostly same everyday . I think few dishes should be changing every day and rest should stay the same.
