- Large room - A small unfortunate event occurred because I closed the bathroom door, and it locked itself. It took a long time for staff to figure out a solution i.e. get a key, so I didn't have access to my bathroom for most of that night. Communication from staff could've been much clearer

It was a good breakfast with options for everybody. We even got eggs made to order. A mouse running in our room and the droppings in the room and bathroom.

The breakfast was much improved since my last stay in August 2025. We were not aware eggs (sunny side, omelette, scrambled) were complimentary and available on request.

Maybe could add netflix or youtube to tv channels and more variety of breakfasts menu.

The rooms are very spacious even by Indonesian standards. You could actually fit in two rooms for the space. The rooms seem to be recently refurbished and are also spotlessly clean. Though the rooms were refurbished, the bathrooms didn't seem to be, so they look a bit worn out, though overall, they're still very spacious and clean. The doors are fitted with a sensor. If you don't close them within 5 seconds, they'll emit loud beeping. There's no way to go in and out of the room without waking someone.

around 2pm I heard a very disturbing sound as someone is repairing the roof. Unfortunately, my daughter was having her evening nap at that time so I quickly my a call to the front desk. Luckily they answered to my call and rectify those issue.

Hotel location very good &Reasonable price. room big & clean. staff very friendly & alway smile.staff be patient explain how to use gojek & grab for transportation & food.& Attractive batam place hotel nearby harbourbay walk within 5 min.& 2 min go to Wey Wey Seafood makan.also opposite road have 24hrs.convenience store to buy something.also easy walk to beach to see sunset.
