Very strong chemical smell in bathroom... Pesticide??? Would be nice to have shelves or drawers for clothes.

The location is walking distance to night market and eateries. Hot shower available. Water pressure is good at 3rd floor. Bathroom clean. Bed sheet clean. Reception - Mdm Sara is very friendly. Room size is small and not much room for movement (standard room) . Air cond clearly need cleaning and maintenance.There is a lot of dust at aircond. It slows the cooling even aircond on turbo mode. TV channel is limited. Weird room colour (deep turqoise) No bedside light and no window. so room is very dark at night. I had to leave the TV on and silent the volume to make some light so can move to toilet and avoid tripping.

it's comfortable.. the convenience of eating places, clinics & gas pumps are also close the beach is close, you can just walk  for this trip, we got a room close to the karaoke center At night, our sleep was disturbed, even at 1-2am the karaoke still didn't end hope the hotel can cooperate & solve this problem for the comfort of tourists

For $15 a night, it was sufficient. The staff were great, and being so close to many things in Batu Ferringhi was great. I prefer being in Batu Ferringhi over Georgetown. The internet worked well enough, and you a very close to bus stops, food, etc. Strong AC. The room is just big enough for the bed. Honestly I would have given 5 stars on everything if it wasn't for the karaoke business right below us that would play loud music. The karaoke has good reviews saying it has good bass, which is horrible for sleeping, especially since they stay open until 3am. And if you want to just stay up late and sleep in, you can be awoken by the mosque at sunrise.

Great location. Walking distance to beach & night market. Many eateries & restaurant nearby. Family room is big enough for 4 of us The cleanness of the room is acceptable but too bed there are stains on the bed sheets

Bed was comfy and room was clean when we arrived. Great location for food and night Market. Hmm...asked for more toilet paper which we did not receive. No water in the room but noticed this in other rooms. Paid to upgrade to deluxe room which I think was a scam as we did not get the basics (water) and no tea and coffee making which it said we would have in the description. Not the fault of the hotel but we had a really creepy guy next door. He was looking into our room and we saw him peeping into other rooms as well. Did not make me feel safe.

Very bad...horrible experience....room wasn't make up .saw the maid on corridor after came back from beach around 1pm chit chatting and tell her to make up the room soon when we left.back midnight still nothing been done the thrash still there and all messy like the moment we left.the TV so called astro with nov subscription second day not working.Shower head did not fix properly water splash all over the place has to fix myself...wondering is there anybody check the condition of room?no wardrobe in room..,..staying for 2 night but facilities for one night.will never recommend this place anymore regrets....if I knew this condition I will chosen a better hotel around...the only good things is location
