ממש נהנינו בשהייה לארבעה לילות. לובי נעים, מיקום מרכזי, חדרים נקיים ונעימים, נקיון גבוה, בריכה נקייה וארוחת בוקר טובה. כיף ללכת לים תוך 3 דקות. נוף מקסים מהקומות הגבוהות, ואוירה אורבנית מגניבה בסביבה שמתחת למלון.

Breakfast was great, there were few types of cheese and hot food. I loved buns I think they are home made. I like how stuff was so kind,second day of our trip I got sick and they were ok us to check out later than we supposed to. We have not have chance to use pool and sauna because of sickness but I was down to check and it looks big and clean. Housekeeping, reception, kitchen every department is full of nice stuff. I would recommend to stay at this hotel strongly. 10/10 Thanks, madloba

Not aesthetically inspiring but it will do it's job as a no fuss place to stay.

The door handle needs to be corrected to be locked because it does not lock... The air conditioning needs to be checked it worked one day and the other day it does not work the wall is vibrating very strongly when the someone is closing his door from outside

Everything was perfect.

Off street parking. Very comfortable rooms. Lots of water pressure & hot water. Good breakfast. Everything was great

Hotel is located in the heart of the city, a lot of restaurants nearby. Pool is great, it had warm water and good sauna. Room was clean and nice, with all the necessary facilities provided. View was ok. Breakfast was very poor. Some of the dishes were running out of stock very quickly and no refill was provided. One morning I went on breakfast and everything that was left was very spicy. Soundproof is bad so I could clearly hear my neighbors.

Clean, great location, good sauna and warm pool. Amazing. Sauna could be darker inside to relax your eyes. And breakfast isn't the best, small variety of food

These were five very difficult days. The mattress was horrible. After five back surgeries, I asked for a mattress that would be hard, and there was no reasonable mattress. The mattress was sunken. I felt like I was suffering all night. My wife, who did not have any surgeries, also had a very hard time falling asleep on this mattress. I suggest you replace the mattresses and that it be possible to replace them in a case like mine.

Make sure the “Do Not Disturb” button on the door works, otherwise housekeeping will interrupt your rest since cleaning is done daily. Breakfast didn’t have much variety, and the time (8 to 10) is not appealing at all.

This hotel's location is excellent, being just a 10-15 minute walk from most key points of interest. A major advantage is the easy access to safe parking, which eliminates the common worry of searching for a secure spot for your car. The breakfast was decent. In contrast, the staff were truly amazing; they were exceptionally accommodating and provided everything I requested. The area is quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay with no noise disturbances. I had booked two separate rooms, and the air conditioning worked very effectively in both. Housekeeping was diligent, with towels and shower supplies being replenished daily, along with two bottles of water. The elevator also operated perfectly. They also have room service and restaurant in the hotel. A notable facility is the on-site spa, which includes a sauna. While I did not use it myself, it appeared to be very popular and enjoyed by many guests. Finally, the beach is very conveniently located, just a short 5-minute walk away. The breakfast was decent and I loved trying the Khachapuri. However, on some days the soup selection was limited, offering two very similar options. I would suggest providing more variety there, as well as with the cakes. Aside from that, I thoroughly enjoyed my six-day stay and everything else was wonderful.

The room was spacious and clean. The pool had a nice temperature and the sauna was nice. Breakfast had a lot of different options, it was changing every day (many vegetables). Receptionists nice and always smiling. The walls were thin, so you were able to hear everything from the other room.

Location - perfect. Sauna and pool were working. Breakfast decent. We stayed off season, so were upgraded to suit. Staff was very nice. Weird smell in the entrance to the room and leaving room - probably lack of proper deep clean... Not very strong, but still not pleasant. When we asked staff to clean the room and try to remove the smell they came with air freshener... Opening windows helped, but then we ended up with fighting mosquitos during the night. We asked to change the room, but it was the only suit, so we stayed. Also the mattress was quite old.

Great hotel to stay in Batumi. Very close to the beach, nice pool and sauna, rooms are immaculate. Awesome experience overall. 10/10

Location Breakfast wasn’t good. When I called the number provided on the booking, the person who answered said she was not working today. Could you please provide the contact number of the person who is permanently responsible for bookings?
