One elevator for 8 floors that staff also uses so waiting is terrible. Small balcony. in the restaurant don't have a staff to clean the tables

We like our room, very good breakfast, and very nice staff' We had problem with shower, very low water pressure, smelly bathroom.

Good location, practical and clean hotel and reasonably priced . Also not far from the beach 10 mins walk Staff was really nice and helpful particularly Elena she was kind and welcoming to us

The service was really good, especially the reception staff was very helpful.

The property was in a good location nearby with different shops, pharmacy, restaurants and 5 mins walk away from the Batumi Piazza (city center). The room was in a very good condition all the facilities were working. Hotel overall was perfectly matched with our expectations. We did not have any negative comments for the hotel.

Location is good, almost you are in the center where most attractions can be reached by walking, the hotel has 1 left (elevator) i didn’t try the breakfast but i have been once to check it looks fine but no much options for Halal food, the rooms have AC and No tea/coffee/ sugar, no plates or forks/knife, Too much smoking smell at the main entrance, and no direct stop in front of the hotel due to restricted road lone for authorities, taxi has to stop other side you you have to cross the road through the subway
