Graphic Hotel Batumi

The location and public areas are very nice. The room was on the small side, but had a nice balcony. The bathroom was nice. Size of the room.

Swimming pool could have been cleaner, and an egg station would greatly upgrade the breakfast buffet, but there weren't big negatives -- just room for improvement for a nice hotel at this price point.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was large and confortable, everything was clean, the wife worked good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I'ts a short walk to a park and the beach and there are many restaurants and shopping in the area. And the breakfast was good with a good selection. The hotel is no in Batumi's Old Town if that is what you are looking for as it is about a mile walk. But there is public transportation. I had a good stay and would stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything you might need and wonderful views. The room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy) The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions✨ This is not my first time staying here, and I keep coming back because of the excellent service, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere.

When closed, the balcony door has an incomplete fit, which is why you can hear the loud sounds of the street. breakfast is available but meager and monotonous

It was great

This was our fourth stay at the hotel, and overall everything remains quite consistent. The rooms are spacious, with decent-quality renovations. The area is quiet, and from the upper floors you can even see the sea. This time, we received a New Year’s compliment — a bottle of champagne and a small dessert — which was a lovely touch ?. The man who delivered it was very kind and polite. We also had a pleasant experience with the man who checked us in: he was friendly and easy to communicate with, although he was not in uniform and I’m not entirely sure whether he officially worked at the hotel. Unfortunately, the experience with the female staff at the reception was less positive. They were noticeably less welcoming and did not speak English very well, which made communication more difficult. What disappointed us this time was a storm-related issue: water leaked through the windows, creating a large dirty puddle on the floor. Since the room has carpets, we had to live with this puddle for all three days of our stay, and it was hard to walk around it. I reported the issue to the reception, and a cleaner washed the carpet, but it was not dried afterward (and I’m not sure if that was even possible). I understand this was a force majeure situation, but it was still unpleasant. One more thing that could be improved is the breakfast schedule. Breakfast starts at 9 a.m., which feels quite late. Every morning, by 9 a.m. there was already a queue of guests who prefer to wake up early, and it was very inconvenient to have to wait for food. In most hotels, breakfast usually starts at 7 or at least 8 a.m., which would be much more comfortable.

A nice place for stay in Batumi. Staff is performing their best to serve the customers. Nice bonuses like fruits, cakes and sweets from the hosts. Girls in the canteen work incredibly efficiently. Room cleaning is nice and quite. Reception service at night time is polite and friendly. Arranged extra support, like early arrival, extra bed cover. I surely recommend the hotel.

Stay was exactly as you'd expect from a proper hotel: friendly, clean, and calm. Elevators are working, reception gave 2 extra bottles of water at the middle of the night, hot water is hot. Something that you'd have a hard time finding in, for example, Orbi City.

Clean. Beautiful interior, elevators were fast. Bed was comfortable Breakfast was too simple and not best tasty also did not have enough food options.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. Great location, within walking distance to many attractions, the beach, and also bus stops. Very clean rooms, good breakfast served between 8-11. But most of all, the staff and the hospitality. The comfort of their guests is their priority. All of the staff are the best at their job, making you feel at home, especially Mr. Shota Gegidze, the general manager, is one of the best professionals we’ve met in the hospitality industry. Thank you Graphic Hotel for making our visit to Batumi unforgettable.

The hotel is nicely designed, the room was ample and nicely appointed and the personnel is wonderful. It is located in a relatively quiet street, but close to the sea promenade and attractions. The shower drain was slow. Instead of calling front desk I unclogged the hair in the trap. The hotel staff was very attentive, so doing it myself was my choice at the moment, and not a complaint against the staff. Other than that, the room and the view were nice.
