Excellent location right in the heart of center within walking distance of everything. The rooms were clean, the service was outstanding, and the breakfast was very excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Only the location Rude staff. You need to beg for a glass of wine at the casino. Some of them even arguing with you when you order a drink.

The facilities were disppointing, pool very small the breakfast wasn't rich enough and all the lobby fill with cigarettes smell

although we received an upgrade, I must be honest and tell the good and bad parts: plenty of space and nice view. location is perfect. looks nice in the pictures. the lady from the cleaning was very nice, she did her job perfectly. the receptionists were nice as well. it's mixed with Princess Casino and the main reception when you enter it's the one of the casino not the hotel. it feels that this is accommodation for gamblers not for family. the furniture is quite old and not so well maintained. they smoke in the room and probably the filtered air from the casino is pumped into the rooms. There are just a few families with kids, the rest of customers are lonely men that lose their money in the casino.

The staff was really friendly. The room was spacious, and the casino had lots of games. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Will visit again. The breakfast was ok, and the room temperature was a little too warm.

cigarets smell everywhere, the bathroom had a bad smell also as if the ventilation wasn't working, no air flow in the room it was too hot and we couldn't control the AC. Staff were unkind.

Location is the best in Batumi. Right in the middle of everything. Rooms are huge. Sauna and Hamam were great. Indoor pool is simple Totally worth the price Breakfast is simple Smell of cigarrete in the lobby becasue of the Casino

expensive overall because it seems old furniture, breakfast was so so, money is not worth it for regular visit. There was a smell in the bathroom
