Very tasty and various breakfast with local cousin fusion. Perfect location near Batumi boulevard and the beach, plus Old City. Modern design in rooms with cozy atmosphere. The fitness room is perfectly equipped with procore facilities. If you’re lucky you can find a free parking space in front of the hotel. Sometimes issues with room cleaning and replacing the towels.

Расположение отличное, все рядом пляж пабы кафе рестораны, завтрак понравился, особенно вафли которые можно самому сделать, персонал вежливый. Душевая кабина в номере протекала, в номере вешать одежду некуда, особенно если вас двое, сушить одежду негде, мы сушили просто на балконе на полу, персонал говорит по русски, но нам попался с которым пришлось общаться на Английском только (грузинский не знаю)

Breakfast Staff

We loved the location. Pretty much right at the European square, with all the necessities at the walking distance, beautiful green park nearby and a couple minutes walk to the promenade. We also liked the stylish interior, which I think suits Batumi's character. Very helpful staff and good breakfast with fresh coffee. The room was small for a family with two kids, and there wasn't any bigger accommodation available. We had to leave the baby stroller outside of the room as we couldn't squeeze it. Also, there is no wardrobe which, once again, is a big problem when you travel with kids. The restaurant doesn't work after 4 pm, so there was no room service option. If you want to dine in the evening, you have to go outside. I understand that it is a budget hotel however it would be nice to have at least an option of extra service for additional price.

We loved the hotel’s cleanliness, modern facilities, and excellent location close to the sea. The staff were very friendly and made check-in smooth and welcoming. The room was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh dishes with different options each day. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for an additional night.

Nothing To be fair, I had no issues with cleanliness before; the only problem was that my room was not cleaned. However, that was the least of my concerns. The real issues started with the staff. Just like many places in this country, every single employee seemed permanently unhappy. Their attitude was cold, unfriendly, and frankly rude enough to irritate guests. Customer service and communication skills were far below any acceptable standard. I wanted to extend my stay by one night. In the morning, I was told that extending would not be a problem. Later that same day, I was suddenly told that I could not extend after all. Only after a lengthy and rather heated WhatsApp conversation did they eventually allow me to stay another night. I paid that evening as requested. The next morning, before a long drive, I needed some rest. Instead, I was repeatedly called from 9 AM onward demanding payment that I had already made the previous day. Apparently, they failed to update their own system. I received around ten calls regarding a payment that had already been settled. Thanks to this disorganized and unprofessional staff, I had to start a long journey exhausted and sleep-deprived. The second major issue was parking. I arrived with my own vehicle. The hotel has no parking lot, which I can understand. The staff specifically instructed me to park in front of the hotel, so I followed their directions. Shortly afterward, an aggressive dumb local taxi driver came over, started shouting at me, and even approached me in a threatening manner because of where I had parked. Despite the fact that I had parked there following the hotel’s instructions, the staff did absolutely nothing. They simply stood there and watched while I was left to deal with an angry man on my own. I cannot recommend this hotel under any circumstances. The service was unprofessional, the staff were rude and unhelpful, and the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish.

Staff are kind and cooperative. Bedrooms are clean and comfortable with modern design and look. Breakfast is very good with varieties.

Hampton by Hilton Batumi was a good stay overall. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and everything felt well organized. Breakfast was varied and actually quite good, with enough options to keep things interesting over multiple days. Also worth mentioning — they have a shattaf, which is a big plus for Arab travelers and not something you always find. Overall, a comfortable and reliable option in Batumi. We were given an accessibility (handicap) room, which we didn’t specifically need, but it was perfectly fine and didn’t affect our stay in any negative way. The only thing that stood out a bit was that there’s no room service. If you need anything, you have to go down to reception and get it yourself, which felt a bit unusual for a hotel like this. That said, it wasn’t a major issue for us.

first of all, the location of the hotel is fantastic, it is close to the boulevard and other places located in the center of the city thus I could say it is in the heart of Batumi. The moment we stepped in nice and calm music along with a warm and modern interior caught our attention. The staff was friendly and always happy to help. Rooms are well furnished, there was enough space for three people to place our belongings. The room was also clean and tidy. Breakfast offered a wide range of choice,(international and traditional foods) which was totally amazing. It was three of us in the room with a double bed and one sofa bed, so technically the room is for two people, the staff had a tendency to forget or not notice that actually it was three of us and brought only 2 sets of towels and other things like coffee and tea every time despite the fact that we told them about the issue once. There was also one problem in the bathroom as the shower door did not close properly so the water could easily get out and flood that area a little bit. the rest was nice.
