Even though I only gave 3/10, the room were spacious and the location was good. Its pretty hard to find as its behind a restaurant, the wifi didn’t work on our floor and the bathroom was disgusting. The shower had a horrid smell that turned out to be urine caked onto the shower curtains and all bathroom shelving/fixtures were slanted and falling apart.

Clean. Nice staff. Great location. For Arabs and Muslims there is Shattafa in the bathroom ? Expensive, it is good as economy hotel with less price, they did not fix the shower handle though I told them many times and I stayed three nights. They fixed the AC the next day.

I'd expect hotel staff in Georgia to speak Georgian..

Wifi was not good and shower didn't have a door to close it. Location is good, staff is friendly

Location, friendly stuff. Shared kitchen with coffee, ironing equipment etc. Noisy A/C in front of the window, we could not kept ventilation open during night..

The hotel is situated in a nice place. It is equipped well, too. The quality of breakfasts was not really good, I expected more for that money, leave alone they were served quite late in the morning (around 9 am).

Location is one of the best. Washroom and other items were upto mark. The beds were very uncomfortable and small. Extra bed was hard. And there was no space for us to open 3 large bags together.

Exceptional

The location of the hotel is central right on the beach. A minute's walk from Europa Square. The hotel and room were clean to a high standard with a good smell. I booked a night and ended up staying more. The employees are really nice and help with everything you need. I will go back there again

The mattress was bad. The bath was very small and not nice arranged.

This was a perfect place for my needs. I was in Batumi for a conference, so being close to the University was important. It right by Medea Square, with all its attractions and the walkway to the beach is right outside the front door. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All around, a great place for an adventure in Batumi.

Very nice hotel, me and family did enjoy the place. Employees are wonderful and respectful, kindness. My next visit will be the same hotel

I ordered room with Jacuzzi tub and it was great, really big. I mean Jacuzzi tub. I also liked mirror with backlights. Staff is nice, always ready to help. Room is not so big as is it on pictures, but its fine. There is a park several meters from the hotel, beach is also very close. 200 meters to dancing fountains. In our room entrance door was in the middle of the stairs. I know its built like this, but I didn't like it. Huge windows facing construction site. Kitchen unit in the corridor outside.
