1. The hotel is in a great location, close to the Ali and Nino Statue, Alphabetic tower 2. The room was clean and big 3. The room has beautiful sea view window. 4. The air conditioner worked very well, which was especially important in the summer. I've stayed in some hotels with poor air conditioning, so I really appreciated it. 5. The room included tea, nescaffee classic and two 0.5-liter bottles of water, and other complimentary amenities. There was also a minibar (paid, of course). Also shampoo, hair conditioner, body gel and body lasyon. of course it is 5 star hotel. 1. The balocony is too small. 2. The windows are too small 3. Tv was small 4. Less clothes holders

Everything the most comfortable hotel I’ve been in Georgia The bed was kinda small but it was okay and the light was not giving

However, there are downsides: there's no soundproofing, so you can hear all the street noise, and the elevator doesn't have air conditioning.

Great Location, perfect breakfast, good staff. Rooms are perfect The rooms which are next to reception are very noisy, because there is storage room and everyone is going inside and outside

Perfect location, very stylish hotel - great color schemes in both hallways and the room, amazing design. Very comfortable bed, the room felt like luxury without costing as much :) Fast wi-fi, very friendly staff. Nothing - everything was just perfect!

The room was cozy and clean. There was a pampering robe and slippers. The staff was just fine. They allowed us to check out an hour late and store our belongings with security. The location is really excellent - a few minutes walk from the promenade and Europe Square. the lighting of the room was too dim.

It’s Fabulous Location and everything close by. We loved Breakfast and Rooftop. Highly Recommended.

I stayed in the room 209. as i can't stand air conditioning, had to open the window. As the room was on the second floor, all the noise from cars, sirens from the road below were inside my number. Could't rest well after a busy day.

Amazingly located , access to everywhere , clean and tidy I was expecting a lobby entrance but both ways didn’t harm

Somewhat strange hotel, seemingly fancy but pretty oldfashioned. It was absolutely fine for a night.

Nice design and restraunt Outcide was noisy exactly under my balcony workers did some digging etc week end after 5pm!!(( no rules not dicipline??
