Le Méridien Batumi

New very good hotel. Big rooms, aircon works perfectly. Well equipped bathroom with good toiletries. Very comfortable beds. Staff in the restaurant seem to be picked up from the street without any experience in hospitality industry. Most of them don’t where they are and what to. Had to order 3 times coffee and wait 25 minutes to get it. By the way coffee was perfect, no many hotels serve Illy.

The hotel is modern and very nice designed, the location is very good, close to everything. The room was large and the beds were comfortable, with a nice view and great isolation. The spa facilities are great. The Executive Chef was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is ok. We had a great time at the New Year party. When we arrived in the evening to the hotel, we got a room with the broken window. After we complained, we’ve been moved to another room, which was an upgraded one with a balcony. The air conditioner was not enough for heating the room and it was pretty cold since it was a very cold weather and strong winds. The room service was not professional, however the food was excellent.

The hotel was excellent in every aspect. The atmosphere was very comfortable, the furniture was modern and stylish, and everything felt clean and well maintained. The service was outstanding, especially Luka, who was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Nothing significant. Everything met our expectations and we had a very pleasant stay.

Perfect place. The price is a bit high but worth the money! Luxurious and affordable breakfast. The most comfortable bed we had on the entire trip. Huge room, luxurious bathroom, nice staff, there is parking on site. Excellent location for those who want to travel to all the main places in Batumi. Highly recommend!!!! Non

The hotel is ok The front desk team is great The service from every one that is not the front desk is a joke level. Worst I had in years. The pool manager literally fought with me for not writing my name clear enough on some bill. I will never go back to this hotel!

The facilities is very nice, great indoor pool and sauna. Breakfast is amazing and the rooms are very clean and beautiful. We came an hour after check in time and the room wasn’t ready, we had to wait one move hour and then gave up and took a room in a lower floor. The massage was shorter than it’s supposed to be. At the second day we went out and come back to the room at 5pm and have no cleaning service but they had time to send us a guy to check if we took something from the mini bar..

The location is excellent right next to the beach, rooms are so vast and clean and the facilities are great !! Same breakfast daily

Only the spa Unsupportive staff with tune of rudeness! From manager to trainee. Unbelievable noise! From inside and outside the hotel, I couldn’t sleep and they didn’t help me to change the room. Even when someone close the door in the room next door you can hear and feel it. I complained every night but no support l, all they said is “sorry”

The location was good. Almost nearby everything around A little bit overpriced. Staff were amazing, but room service was too slow. One day they didn't clean my room depsite me asking them to 3 times...

We had a really nice time at Le Méridien Batumi. The location is perfect—just a few steps from the promenade, historic sights like Europe Square, and tons of restaurants. Highly walkable.   The staff were super friendly and helpful—check‑in was smooth, and they were always welcoming.   Our room was spacious, clean, and had great views from the private balcony. The A/C worked really well, and there was a wardrobe, minibar, and comfy seating area.  For the price, breakfast felt pretty average—limited food options, especially if you’re staying more than a couple of days. The shower cabin door wasn’t sealed properly, so water kept splashing out onto the floor. The carpet doesn’t cover the entire room, and the wooden floor creaks loudly, which got annoying, especially at night.

The price a little higher than usual due to the season. Also there was a false alarm that woke up me at night .. I contacted the management and compensated me fir the inconvenience

Amazing staff, perfect location, very nice breakfast. Housekeeping should be improved.
