The property was in a great location for the area. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the refrigerator was large enough to accommodate its guests. It has a nice terrace view when they remember to unlock the door. The property has no smoking signs but when smokers use the smoking area, the leave the door open and cigarette smoke permeates the inside. Because of the health risks associated with smoking, I abhor having to inhale the fumes of others who should close open doors and windows. Us non-smokers would appreciate it.

The reception was unresponsive. They ignored our questions and wouldn't listen to our requests. They let drunk people into the hostel in the middle of the night. Some people fell out of bed and injured their heads, and an ambulance came. We couldn't sleep until the morning, and the rooms smelled bad. There was no ventilation at all. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're in dire straits.

It was ok, guests were not noisy or anything else. Easy to find, friendly stuff You need to have your towel (i didn't ask for it, though it wasn't provided by default) And someone ate my food ?

Location was great. Kitchen and bathroom was right next to the dorm so easy to access. The dorm bed was too small my toys touch the end of the bed(my height 162cm) modern style toilet is only one and the other one is traditional Turkish style. The room is half underground so not enough fresh air after cleaning. I could not stay in bed by the smell of detergent. No common open air area or balcony for people who stay in dorm.

Good location and beds are fine basement room amplify sound, you really hear the sound of a chair move and talk. Sound of laundry annoying. I payed (a little) more than other cheap places in Georgia, booking.com say an upgrade hostel, but did not feel different, simply the same.

the hostel design, size of kitchen and common room, general cleanliness, location. 1. Staff or hsotel administrators were all the time busy playing online games with full concentration and all ears (over headphone) to their online game running on their laptops. They were completely non-responsive or of any help on any matters related to the city attarctions, transport etc. if you ask a query, they felt irritated as this was a disurbance in their (computer) games. 2. There was just one WC toilet for males; the other one was old-squat style which was unusable by anyone and its flush was also not working; 3) taps in washroom were leaking and no one bothered to get it repaired. 3. I was not able to find the hostel on my arrival; so i called up the property no. Nobody picked-up...when i finally found and came inside the hostel, i saw the administrator was well awake but was too busy (with head-set on) in playing computer games and probably did not even hear my call.

I stayed here for a total of 10 days, and since it was off-season, the hostel was pleasantly quiet, with only a few instances of loud arguments between guests. The hostel features a spacious common area and a combined kitchen, and laundry service is available for 5 GEL. The location is excellent, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and friendly, which really enhanced my experience. - Payment method: The hostel only accepts cash payments, and there's no option to pay online, which can be inconvenient. - Too hot: The temperature inside the hostel was uncomfortably warm at times, making it difficult to relax. - Female dorm door: The door to the female dorm didn’t close properly, and despite informing the receptionist, the issue remained unresolved. They were already aware of it but hadn’t fixed it. - Cleaning frequency: During the off-season, the hostel was only cleaned a few times a week, instead of daily, which affected the overall cleanliness. - Wi-fi: Despite having two networks, the wifi was often very bad, and at times, it didn’t even work in the female dorm. - Lack of natural light: The hostel is located in a basement, so there’s no natural light, which can make the atmosphere feel a bit gloomy. - The mattress wasn't very comfortable

I stayed here for a total of 10 days, because it was off-season and was pleasantly quiet (just happened few times guests to have loud arguments between them). The hostel features a spacious common area and kitchen combined in the same space. Laundry service is available for 5 GEL. The location is excellent, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and friendly, which added to the experience. That said, when I arrived, I noticed there were food stains on my sheets, even though they had been washed. It was a minor issue but worth mentioning. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-located hostel with a welcoming vibe. - No card payment options: Payments are cash ONLY, and there's no option to pay online, which can very be inconvenient. - Too hot: The temperature inside the hostel was uncomfortably warm, which made it difficult to relax at times. - Flooding issues: The water pump malfunctioned four times during my stay, causing flooding in the hostel—a recurring problem that needs urgent attention. - Female dorm door: The door to the female dorm doesn’t close properly. Despite informing the receptionist, the issue remained unresolved, as they were already aware but hadn’t fixed it. - Cleaning frequency: It seems that during the off-season, the hostel is only cleaned a few times a week instead of daily, which affected the overall cleanliness.
